We are very pleased with our new car. A big thank you to Nathan Reynolds who was honest and professional throughout, no pushy salesman spiel. He listened to my wish list and found me the perfect match in a beautiful Grandland X with all the gadgets I was after. Nathan was brilliant at communicating with us as he got the car ready, going above and beyond to ensure the car was in pristine condition. Have been driving around in it for a week now and we are really pleased with its drive performance. Thank you Nathan, you have made our family very happy.
I am very very pleased with my new car from Baylis Vauxhall, Bought a second hand car from Phil Lean. The service I received from him was exceptional. Very nice gentleman and very helpful, nothing was to much trouble for him and he made the whole process seamless. All staff were also very lovely, smiles all around. I recently bought a Vauxhall Grandland X form Baylis Vauxhall Gloucester. The whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. The staff, who dealt with the sale were very professional and knowledgeable. They handled all of our queries in a friendly and efficient manner. Very friendly service from Steve Rowland today, welcomed in and offered a drink. Bit of a mix up on which car I had looked at online but I’m happy with the car I’ve come away with nevertheless. Came on his day off to sort car finance and handover, exceeded expectations! Very tidy and clean premises too. Can’t fault them.

Baylis Vauxhall Gloucester sales team are very professional, knowledgeable and go the extra mile to do all they can to find the right vehicle and spec. Brett Morgan was my salesman, excellent customer service, care and attention. I have bought all my Vauxhalls over the last 25 years from the Gloucester Branch and also had excellent service department dealings with them every year too. I will definitely continue to use Gloucester Branch.
Steve Halford is very knowledgeable and always happy to help in any way he can. Had some issues with my MG but he got them booked in and fixed. Also my service was done swiftly

Buyer Beware. The salesman was very helpful in getting me a different car that suddenly became available. But twice in 6 months I was asked to sign for more than was agreed, which I didnt. I advise you take someone with you to check the figures.
I recently purchased two pre-owned cars for me and my partner and there were a few issues that needed dealing with on mine. I have to say that while I was waiting for them to get resolved, Steve Halford stepped in and took complete control and within a few days everything was dealt with amazingly well! Thank you Steve for really caring about my experience rather than just being a passing customer. You've gone above and beyond when you really didn't need to. Would love to use Bayliss Vauxhall again when the time next comes
