Tom the salesman was very helpful. Listened to my requirements in a car and price range and suggested a Capture. Took me for a test drive and I collected the vehicle next day. Have always had Ford in the past but must say I like the Capture. Thanks Tom and all at Renault Gloucester

I would recommend all my family and friends to Bristol Street Motors renault dealer. Tom and Tony were friendly, and informative. Nothing was to much trouble. There was no pressure sales going on. I even changed my mind on the first car that they found for me because I didn't like the colour and sure enough they quickly found me one that I did like. The after service has been fantastic. Tom phoned the week after I purchased the car to ask how I was finding the car which I think is excellent customer service. Will definitely be spreading the word that if you want to be looked after and be given sound advice on the right car to buy then go to the Renualt dealer and speak to Tom or Tony.
