Keep away!  After purchasing a car from RB, 2 days later I asked my local garage to check it over, they told it was unsafe to drive and should not have passed the mot. I asked for a full refund/return from R B car sales which I am entitled to under the 'Consumer rights act 2015', RB cars wouldn't accept this law exists! I finally recovered my money back through my credit card provider. ALWAYS pay for a card via a credit card in case you come across this problem with another garage. What consoles me a little is that this negative review will probably cost RB sales at least £300 - which is what he denied me in resolving my initial complaint.

Well what can I say‍ I can see why second hand car dealers get a bad rep if you go by these chaps!!!which I’m gutted to be saying as I thought they were really genuinely nice blokes Got a car from them, 6 months later power steering pump knackered steering rack knackered and well what a surprise the engine is knackered. Contacted them and owner said which is no surprise there is nothing he can do or I should say wants to do!!!! “and this” I cannot believe he said “the car” only cost you 2 grand so just drive it till it breaks!!!! It is bloody broken and yes “only 2 grand” it might be peanuts to him but it’s a fortune to us as we are skint and that 2 grand was borrowed so still need to pay that back so basically he has sold us a lemon and robbed us of our money which in my eyes is Crooked. I’m absolutely bloody disgusted shameful STAY WELL CLEAR OF THAT PLACE.

Purchased a car from here in May. Somehow ‘passed’ the MOT they did before they sold it. However it’s been nothing but hassle since. There has been problem after problem and I’ve spent so much money fixing issues that should have been sorted well before selling! Avoid this garage at all costs! Dodgy dealers for sure!!

Got a quality car at a good price and with a very fair PX value on my trade in.  All just before Xmas eve shutdown they stayed late to sort it out with me . Much appreciated

They " saw me coming" and ripped me completely off!! In my opinion took advantage of us! Knew the car would be used for children and still sold a car which was basically unsafe and broke down 3 times in 4 weeks! Several issues! 5 months down the line I'm stuck with a car which has gave me nothing but problems. Unsure how it passed the mot too which they put on it when it had engine issues the day we got it home!  AVOID!!!!

Just bought my new car from these guys, absolutely could not recommend them enough, brilliant customer service, did everything they could to make sure my purchase was smooth, thanks so much

Can't fault them the customer service was excellent , the car is an absolute pleasure , few teething problems which were sorted straight away with no fuss, has re stored my faith in second hand car dealers, would highly recommend.

Despite the fact that i am disappointed that, the charge for delivering to my home, my first BMW was excessive, and unjustified, from Gloucester to East London, that i decided to collect my car at the dealership, the car itself is cool,  and i like it.  I had my first experience of driving back home in a BMW, it was pleasant.  Despite the above  i would recommend buying a car from them, but just enquire before hand about delivery and charges  if your not local to them, say within a 20 Mile radius.  Thanks.

Bought a car a month ago, already having multiple issues. Rang to see about getting it sorted but none of my issues happen to be covered in the warranty which is awful considering I have had the car for a month and already having issues. It is poor service. Disappointed and ruined my experience of buying my first car and feel very unsafe. Really sad about it.

Was told car was diesel it was petrol parts not working on it .. then when I wanted my old car back he was going to charge me rent as it was taking up room I'm his garage area.. This all happened within three days NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THIS PERSON....
