Not overly impressed with the level of service received. I booked my car in for a major service, the guy I spoke to I felt like he didn't want to be there, he was quite miserable and not particularly friendly on my first impression either. The only positive was that they did get the service done prior to 12pm as I needed to get back by the latest 1pm due to a family commitment. However, I was not told on the time I booked my service for my Seat Ibiza that maintenance was only open till 12:30pm on Saturdays. The thing that really frustrated me was the fact that my ABS light came on the dashboard after I drove away after they conducted my major service saying the car was fine. ABS light was never on prior to the service btw. I then had to drive back and waited a while for them to investigate wasting my time. Very annoying. Spoke to the maintenance guy who said it "was a glitch" and it's fine now. I then drove off and it came on again! Not very reassuring going to the genuine dealership that this happens, they should test drive the car after the service to make sure this doesn't happen. Double check everything! I then phoned up the day after and spoke to someone who clearly was giving me lip service and promised someone will call me back on Monday morning to sort. And oh look...no call back. Very unprofessional, false promises. Unfortunately, I have a service plan and I have a minor service left. I certainly won't be coming to this particular garage ever again and will avoid this one at all costs. After my service plan is finished. I will never go back again to a SEAT dealership after 6 years. Appalling.
Was hoping to use a main dealer for servicing a bit closer to home as it is more convenient, unfortunately it looks like I'll take my car back to Evesham for future MOTs and services. Pros: Efficient booking system for services Able to book a sit and wait Had good availability for servicing Cons: Arrived at 08:15 for a 08:30 sit and wait appointment for a minor/oil service, had to wait 2 hours for an oil service, no explanation as to why it took 2 hours. Asked them to not clean the car, they cleaned it anyway leaving water spots on my car that I now will have to potentially polish out wasting more of my time and money. I cannot work out why it takes 2 hours to change the oil and inspect the car, something I could do on my driveway in well under an hour. Disappointed. Update: supplied the dealership with the same review as this and the response was even worse than the service experience.
After dealing with the Blade group for over 20 years I find the service @ Heritage appalling. I’ve had to email the manager direct to get things sorted and the current service team is extremely very poor. I was promised today a call back and again nothing and now it will go into next week. I don’t want to mention any names but after buying over 20 vehicles in the last 15 years and also both my exes have recently just purchased a brand new car off them as well. I will have to email the manager of the group again unfortunately!!

When you walk into a dealership looking for a car for a wide variety of use to include towing and the sales reps don't have a clue how to use the tags around the vehicle to locate the axel weights and gross capability for towing. The guy I spoke to on that day had to go back to his computer to find out what the max load for towing and was surprised that I knew already having read the tag mentioned above and asking if that was correct. He then asked how I knew the information so I showed him on the vehicle I was interested in tag located in the B pillar on this vehicle and then proceed to explain what each row of numbers meant!!! You would like to think sales agents knows all aspects of the vehicles that they sell especially when it is a main VW and SEAT dealership
They are great, but they get very busy. The staff are really good, but there usually aren't enough of them to keep to a schedule.

Cannot thank Jenna enough for her help when choosing my new car. I came in just to have a look and with her help I came out with exactly what I had been looking for. She was so friendly and polite and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her! I’ve never had a positive experience with people working in car sales but she is a credit to volkswagen!
