very Convenient located hotel close to central Edinburgh with bars and restaurants nearby, the bus 100 to/from airport stops right in front of hotel. the beds in the room were double beds, don't know if they're all the same but more suitable for friends or singles than couples. you can buy breakfast additional as you check in same price as many nearby restaurants that offer breakfasts. The wifi were fast and rooms have the basic needs, the shower was a bit small and might take few min to regulate the hot/cold water.

Great hotel, one of the best "budget" hotel I stay in the UK. It is located at the very end of the royalmile, so you can do everything by foot. There are supermarkets near by, you can buy food and cook on your room and take it with you in the morning (they have all the gadgets you need), it will be cheaper and faster then looking for a restaurant. Very clean, they store your luggage after check out. I don't have a single complain about it.

Lovely room. Perfect location. Access to reduced priced parking which is sorted very easily at front desk. Bit confusing having the two entrances but we'll signposted. Would defiantly stay again!!

The hotel was nice to stay very friendly staff the rooms were nice. Breakfast was ok. But I picked this hotel because of the amazing locating with walking from everything and tram across the road :)

I stayed three days there and loved the location and the room. Good beds and bathroom. Two big supermakets near, coffee shops, restaurants and the bus stop to the airport is just in front of it. The breakfast doesn't worth, because you can but everything in a supermarket or go to a coffee shop.
