I was looking for a particular make and model of car, and came across Christopher Brook Cars via Autotrader. From the moment I got in touch with them, the service and the customer care was absolutely second to none. I'm based in the South and with them near Leeds, I was a little worried about how I could buy a car long distance, having never done that before. From the initial engagement, George was more than happy to answer the thousands of questions I had, sent me photos and videos of exactly what I needed to check, and was always available to answers questions, even on evenings and weekends. The car was eventually delivered, and unfortunately when I got it, there were a couple of issues I discovered after a couple of days. I think with many car dealers, they can be helpful right up until the point of sale, then once you've handed over the money, things can then change, which is something I have experienced on more than one occasion, and if I'm honest, I was worried, not least because the dealership wasn't around the corner from me. As all their cars come with a 6 month warranty, I contacted George, and the issues were all dealt with, using local specialist dealers rather than taking the car back to Leeds to get them sorted and it is now running like a dream. I literally cannot recommend the company and particularly George, highly enough. They are obviously in the business to sell cars and make a living, but they do this by putting the customer front and centre of their service, ensuring that it is their priority to ensure a smooth sale and aftercare which is almost, more important and complete customer satisfaction. If they have the car you want, regardless of where you are in the country, you will not be disappointed with the car, or their aftersales service. Best car purchase experience I've ever had.

I recently purchased an Audi RS5 from Christopher Brook Cars and had a pleasantly simple and professional buying experience. The car was immaculate inside and out as advertised and dealing with both Steve and George was a pleasure. I placed a deposit and travelled to Leeds before travelling home with the car so understandably I ensured due diligence was done before the purchase, but as always there is uncertainty until you physically see and drive a vehicle. I'm pleased to report that this vehicle exceeded my expectation. Perfect. I would have no hesitation purchasing from Christopher Brook Cars and driving away with a smile on my face, again.
Dealt with George who was really helpful and knowledgeable when I bought a nearly new BMW 5 series. Well priced car and presented in lovely condition. Helped sort the finance seamlessly and communicated well throughout, as I travelled from London. Would recommend.

Very bad experience buying an SL55 , sold knowingly with multiple faults and have know found it’s been registered at DVLC as clocked ! I am extremely unhappy and suffice to say wouldn’t recommend .
