Great big room with a good bathroom. Has an iron board and hair dryer and soap and shower gel. It's well worth thr price and the staff are friendly and even had a free breakfast with cerial tea fruit etc. Had a great sleep and a great stayRooms: 4/5
Great local people are running this good budget guesthouse. Reused furniture is environmentally friendly and functional. Nice to be left to get your own tea toast and cereal. Plenty of choice of bread milk and cereal yogurt in fridge etc. OK to get tea and coffee 24/7 in proper mugs. Great socialising area downstairs bring your own booze though Nearby activities: Local bus stop right outside. Every 20 mins or so £2.00 to get into the city centre.
Really nice place to stay, friendly and helpful staff, enjoy a free breakfast and drinks, rooms are spacious and clean, there is a pool table in the basement where you can enjoy a beer and watch football. Pleasant and peaceful stay.Rooms: 5/5

Fantastic find! The guesthouse is located not to far from Liverpool city centre. Taxi or bus should get you into town within about 10-15 minutes. The staff were helpful and very homely. When I arrived they upgraded my room for free, and even included a breakfast. I couldn't recommend more. 5/5
The staff was very attentive and friendly, they made my stay much easier and even offered me a room upgrade. The hotel has a Liverpool FC pub, as a good Reds fan I loved that, it has bus stops right next to the hotel perfect to going to the city center and some neaeby restaurants and shops. In addition, the hotel is a 30-minute walk from Anfield Stadium. Totally recommended

Great little hotel, staff were all really friendly and helpful, beds were cosy and we even had the added bonus of a kitchen. Not close to the city but only a £5 Uber away. Would definitely return.Rooms: 5/5
Lovely place, very friendly owners on arriving and during our stay. Kay the member of staff was lovely, and nothing too much trouble at breakfast or with the rooms, other staff all good too. Rooms very clean. There is no lift, so if you cannot do the stairs very well, tell them when you book! It is out of town, but taxi into town around £5 with a direct line to the taxi company by reception.
