This is not just a B&B in Chester but also our family home which has given us more than 14 years of wonderful memories.

Story

Our Victorian B&B is over 100 years old but we have sympathetically modernised it with new Axminster carpets, modern Oak furnishings and modern deluxe bathrooms to help compliment the age of our building and to help maintain that Victorian look and feel.

We are happy to provide cots if advised at time of booking free of charge. Furthermore we guarantee 1 car park space per room booked in our off street car park.

Located just 5 minutes walk from an abundance of bars, shops, restaurants as well as a launderette. In Hoole we are blessed with some of the finest restaurants and bars such as Sticky Walnut Restaurant, Shanghai Restaurant, The Faulkner Arms, The Piper to name but a few of the places we highly recommend. You will find us located on a quieter side street and all our rooms are located to the rear of the property.

Absolutely perfect stay each time we go back.  The location, hospitality, wonderful cooked breakfast, free car parking and superfast internet access combine to make this our perfect place to stay time and time again.

I had a great stay at the Chester Brooklands. Professional yet friendly, clean but homely  and one of the best full english breakfasts that I've had in a long, long time.

Will definitely be returning.

Excellent!
The stay was brilliant from the moment we got to the hotel to the moment we left. Mark, Remina & Angelique couldn't do enough to help and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were absolutely spotless, the food was individually prepared to our needs and the hospitality second to none. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Chester.

Me, my wife and son with family searched on the internet for somewhere we could stay in Chester. No doubts about it we researched various websites comments and decided that Chester Brooklands seemed to offer exactly what we wanted. Free wifi was fast reliable and easy to connect to, my son used the wired computer available there for just a pound, the discounts we made use of included Chester Zoo which is a great place to spend the day even though it was cold, we had a great time. We got reduced prices on our restaurant bills also thanks to the owners and staff. Staff and owners are very accommodating, caring and made everyone feel very welcome. This is a popular place for sure and we can see why. The rooms are ideal being clean, very comfortable and fairly spacious. We where not disappointed with the choice we made I would strongly recommend that anyone else researching on where to stay in Chester that they look no further than Chester Brooklands Bed and Breakfast. One day I shall return thank you.
