Just had 2 nights here for shopping and exploring Chester. The hotel smells absolutely gorgeous. The parking is great. £17 a night. Reception efficient and friendly. Room was very clean, comfy beds, huge towels and tons of hot water. 2 minutes walk into shops. Will be back
Great reception welcome and quick to check in room. Breakfast has hot and fresh choices. Menu for the evening was tasty and appetizing. Staff in restaurant were very helpful to provide prompt service. Location great for getting to Chester Market.
This hotel is in a great location for the city center, easy walking distance to everything and it was easy to park close by.nThe hotel itself, is lovely inside and all the facilities that we used were very clean, including the pool. the pool was lovely for the whole familynWe used the restaurant in the evening, the food choice were good and the prices seemed reasonable, however the portions were in the small size and the drinks were expensive.nAll the staff that we came across we're very friendly and helpful. We did have a slight hiccup in the restaurant, when we was served the wrong meal choices on two occasions, the server did challenge me on this and try give me the food back- that I didn't order ‍nOur family room was clean and spacious, but unfortunately all 3 beds were terribly uncomfortable, if our youngest child wasn't already asleep then we would have spoken to reception there and then.nnWhilst I would recommend this hotel for the location, the uncomfortable night sleep out weighs this unfortunately.
Best place to stay in Chester hands down. Great service with lovely rooms. Proximity to anything you want to do is fantastic and only about five minutes away from the local shopping center. The facilities are fantastic and they offer an adult only swimming hour which is quite nice.
Went here for a Christmas party with work so didn't stay in any of the rooms. It's a great spot, close to the new Chester market with numerous shops and cafes etc. Inside is very luxurious and the room where we had the party was brilliant. The food was delicious too, although service was a little slow there were about 100 people eating though.
