I use a number of hotels in the North West for their conference facilities on a weekly basis and I can honestly say that the Crowne Plaza is number 1 for service & venue. The hotel is spotless, rooms are well set up, the break out areas are comfortable and relaxing. All staff are trained to a high standard and deliver consistent service regardless of who you deal with (although Tony is our usual contact and is particularly welcoming). I live in the area so have never stayed at the hotel however I belive the rooms are well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to others based on my experiences so far.

Nice sized rooms, 2 minute walk from the town centre and 5 from the Cathedral. Rooms are probably due an update, especially the bathroom. £10 per day charge for the car park is a bit of a p take, especially for actual guests. Swimming pool is a half length pool, wasn't busy at any point that we used it, same with the gym area. Overall a nice stay, just needs a bit of an update in the rooms to achieve a 5 star.

Location of the hotel is great, 5 min walk to Chester town center. Staffs are extremely polite and helpful, hotel looks great, room is big, breakfast is delicious. We have had a great stay. BTW, we have never had bad experiences with Crown Plaza, we take it as a treat to all of us to stay with this brand.

Great location, lovely room had lovely views from floor 2. Lovely bar and restaurant. Fantastic breakfast. Very helpful receptionist especially on check-in.
