Typical holiday inn.standard fare for breakfast but pricey. Room comfortable with usual facilities. Need a car for access to Chester. Hotel not in a central location. Would not stay there again unless with own transport. Staff pleasant but apart from checking in didn't see them.

Helpful friendly staff. Good food. Comfy bed quiet. Close to everything. Lost 1 star because tv /movie channel didnt work as it should. Overall will def stay here again

Room comfortable and nicely done out (in the anonymous chain hotel style). Shower was good and hot, breakfast buffet fine. Staff very friendly. Not a big fan of the evening meal in the bar, fairly bland chilli, very under spiced and not a big portion.

Really nice and friendly staff. Managed to be charged for drinks and meals I did not order, and they could not be more helpful in getting it all removed.

Good location for road network but just a short drive into Chester. Building looks dated from outside but is modern and clean inside. Good bar area and food.
