Brilliant place to stay. Basic but clean and tidy. Early check in cost 20 pounds... no toiletries supplied. Fresh linen everyday....  central location...2 minutes walk from the Empire Theatre and Lime street station.... ma Edgertons pub short walking distance to. The academy is close by also.

It's a was a bad experience I would not recommend it,the shower was not working and somebody kept setting the fire alarm system off all through the night no fire! just some clown having fun.

Disgusting hotel had owed my friends and I over£200 since April. Next stop legal would advise never to book with this hotel EVER  they keep your money

Great city centre hotel very close to Lime St station, good comfortable rooms, and a decent breakfast in the morning. A little noisy at night, but this is made clear at reception, and not unexpected considering the location.

Please give my money back. I booked the room and decided to cancel it due to Covid-19. After 5 months, I have not received a refund at all. They did not return my email either.
