My husbands consultant is great can't fault him ,but some of the staff in the blood clinic need to learn about empathy and compassion . There is no need for rudeness and treating patients like they are a hindrance. The guy who works there is the only one who has any manners and kindness . Patients go through enough without having to deal with people like this sort it out
Amazing care , the NHS in general is getting a lot of negative press recently butnI have nothing but praise for the care and kindness by shown to my husband during his ongoing treatment from all levels of staff there . You all do an amazing job . Thank you .
I cannot thank this place enough. The level of care n support here is just amazing. Had chemo/radio here was a very tough journey but the staff and my amazing oncologist got me through it. Dr elmodir is just the best!! You feel heard everytime you chat to him. He's always on the ball with every bit of care you get. I will be forever grateful to the cancer centre, Dr elmodir, all the chemo n radio staff involved in my care. Also Louise the cns nurse....nIf you're due to go through treatment here rest assured you are in the very best place and the safest hands. nThankyou so much
If you needs bloods taking, go in the afternoon! I've been so many times in the morning and had a long wait.nTuesday 2pm there were only 2 people in front of me!nnAlways feel looked after here
I had biopsy in 2015 and they have looked after me since and I'm still doing ok. So I can only thank them
