Had a good experience here. The waiting area was spacious with good number of seats, and it wasn’t too busy on a weekday. We were assessed quickly and then saw a doctor in an almost reasonable time, which made the visit feel smooth and reassuring.nThere is a charging station for smartphones and devices, which is super handy when you’re keeping kids entertained.nDespite some works outside, the entrance was still easy to find, with decent signage and pram-friendly access.
I am under the Birmingham children's hospital and I have been for 12 years so far since 3 ½ and the nurses, doctors, cleaners and all the staff are very professional and supportive of anything you are going through. They are always there to help. I must say in particular they have been amazing with CKD as I haven't really been admitted to other departments but overall a incredible and special place . I feel welcomed every time without fail
Sorry i’ve been in a&e since 11:30 . went to urgent care finished at urgent care at 4. Only to be told go into Emergency department . My son who is 7 months was getting distressed , told the receptionist . The very rude receptionist who had no remorse to me or my son on how long we were in the building. Dark skin lady , old I would have named and shamed only if i knew her name . Finished my trip from A&E after 10 hour stay .
We are staying in ward 15 it's really really bad experience .no medicines or kids feed no on time .no helping some staff is very Very rude.very stressful normally we are in ward one good stuff and care and understandable feelings. Very stressful in ward 15 waiting the feed and medicines hours not good not happy ....
High Dependency Unit Nurse’s & Doctors I Couldn’t Thank Them Enough Threw Such A Scary Time They Saved My Daughter There Support Was Amazing Such a Touching Group Of People There Care Was Amazing Such Lovely Staff Each & Everyone Of Them! A Credit To The Hospital I Will Never Forget Them The Rest of The Wards I Wouldn’t Say So Much, Had Not The Best Experience With.
