I'm still currently here on the burns ward. Everyone has been fantastic I cant fault anyone However the internet has been down since I arrived on Thursday afternoon. Resulting in me having to spend an additional £30 for mobile date for my stay. And the Tvs didn't work either so the days became quite tedious and long without some form of normality. 4 stars otherwise staff were and still are doing a fantastic job can't complain at all .

As a parent with both my kids treated there, I can truly say they have been fantastic! Staff and doctors very good with explaining any procedures to both parents and children, and you only need to ask, great place and very pleased with the treatments too

When bringing our child here I do think it could be a little better organised when checking in at reception. Had a woman push in front of me just for a ticket. Not only that, when we went into the consultation room there were 5 people. Surely you should be informed if there's going to be more individuals from different professions and for whatever reason they are there. Not really impressed if I'm honest.

Our daughter has been under the cardiac team since she was a few weeks old back in 2001. We are so grateful to all the staff at this wonderful hospital - we are under no doubt without their wonderful care she wouldn't be here now. Leah has had several open heart surgeries - where we were told every step of the way what would be happening next. We have also had whole family support especially from Helen the play specialist!! We often talk about the fun times we had at this hospital - rather than the awful stressful time we could remember. The staff here are second to none and we are very sad to now leave to be transferred to the adult QE hospital.

Fantastic hospital and staff. Excellent care, very quick with diagnostics and treatment. They are life savers & a blessing for children and young people.
