We've been in a couple of times as out patients, and although the place is bursting at the seams, the staff are simply amazing. Their positive attitude and quick thinking demonstrates such a high standard of service. The patience they show in such a stressful environment with a number of people who are not necessarily appreciative of this privilege that may of us do not have in the countries of our birth. We did not have the forms needed for Phlebotomy when we went last week but they made every effort to try and help by arranging an appointment today and making sure there was a warm welcome for our little one.
Mr Rand was amazing with my son, very informative and willing to help. I felt like I was listened to with my sons care and what was best for him. He took time to look through his situation thoroughly instead of making quick decisions. Thank you to Mr Rand and the team for really looking after my son during his stay!
Let me share some real truths about bch and the connection with other authorities. I.e west midlands police Birmingham Solihull coroner courts among more. The hospital is not what it seems. Over the last decade there have been murders covered up.nMy son was poisoned with off prescription medication not once but twice. Leading to him being chemically burnt from stomach to colon and out of his body. Creating a hole in his stomach. The PICU team along with rheumatology and hematology not to mention HDU department where the poison was administered. Then proceeded to create an illusion of a disease. Further to this operated on my son behind parents back. Resulting in nearly killing him during surgery. Which might I had was a 45-minute routine surgery. Which ended up lasting nearly 5 hours. Whilst the Ronald McDonald hotel worked with the hospital to ensure the hospital staff and surgery staff new when parents were on their way back. Further to this. Picu staff nurses including consultants and doctors committed Sabotage to my son's ventilator. Lowering his oxygen SATs between 84 and 88% for a period of seven days. The illusion was to create multiple organ failure due to a disease. This was not the case the case was Sabotage creating low oxygen SATs producing multiple organ failure.nOn top of all this leading pediatrics consultant fully admitted to myself the whole situation and might I add this was recorded.nMuch more on this case available on social media.nnPlease parents and children guardians be extremely cautious around Birmingham children's hospital.. they do nothing but lie cheat the rules create family disputes and past the blame.nnI would really love the opportunity in this review to name and shame all staff but with 102 staff members involved. I would find I would not have enough characters to leave in this review.nnMany thanks minus 1 million star rating.
My son has surgery today. Extraction tooth. We are satisfied with the service and staff. the person who took care of my son was Mark. A wonderful man. He guided my son through all the steps professionally and stress-free. If you had contact with Mark, you certainly had fond memories during a stressful situation. The surgical team and Mr. Mark did a good job.
Child has a wheeze but dont expect them to take action until its very late. Nurses are soo overworked, and have become rude. Waiting hours are always really long. Cant even get 10 seconds for a doctor to listen to my childs lungs otherwise they would know how serious this issue is. The worst hospital and staff.
