The last time I visited was great experience. I love the coffee shop at this centre. Great facilities and good customer service. Environment neat and clean. Close to the car park.
Attended Orthopaedic and Fracture Clinic, Professional team work, nurses so kind and helpful. Doctors are experts and super professional. Overall, I this centre with 5 stars
Would like to extend my deepest thanks for all the wonderful care I have had at your centre. I was terrified having to have surgery on my arm but everyone was wonderful and made me feel truly comfortable. Even receiving treatment from yourselves 2 weeks later in the orthopaedics clinic, everyone was wonderful. Thank you all so so much for all the treatment and care you gave and continue to give me. Will truly be grateful for being able to use my hand again xx
The staff here are fantastic. I was in for daycase surgery earlier today and I was really impressed. Everyone was very polite, friendly and helpful. They explained the procedure clearly and explained any risks to me, making sure at each step that I understood everything. After my anaesthetic had worn of I was offered food and drink and my recovery plan was discussed. I cannot fault this place from my experience today. Perfect!
This post is in regards to the eating area located at the main entrance. The staff today were extremely Busy in the food area. I stepped in line to order a coffee. Not only did they mess up my order three times I waited over 15 minutes for my coffee and watched as the 4 people behind me received their drinks. I was also blamed for this mishap and told others have been waiting longer. When I asked for an apology the cashier said that she had nothing to apologies for and refused to apologies to a paying costumer for her company’s mistake. Eventually one of the staff in the back came out and politely apologized I thanked here and continued on my way. As a Professional in customer service this is far from just the basic customer service. The staff members perform very bad when in high stress or busy periods. Do not expect good service when they are busy.
Hospital staff are lovely I go here for check ups as I had bowel cancer 6yrs ago so still have regular check ups plus blood test and ct scans so staff are all nice carpark is ok aswell and nice hot drinks in the cafe
Attended my appointment here and was seen quickly by a lovely member of staff who was very friendly and professional. The appointment did not take very long and so I was in and out in no time at all. The parking was free for 15mins and £3 for 1 to 3 hours.Too expensive in my opinion. Obviously, the longer you stay, the more money you have to pay. Fortunately, I was able to park easily and then it was a short walk to the treatment centre.
I was in BTC for surgery on 23rd November and can’t praise the staff enough. From the time I checked in till I was discharged nothing was too much trouble. From the nursing assistants to the consultants I was treated with courtesy and respect . NHS staff get a bad press but I can say with all honesty everyone who was involved with my care was very helpful and professional. Well done to them all
Appointment on time. Seen by a very nice consultant a professor no less!. Listened to what I had to say and was helpful. Outstanding service.
Haematology declined my Referral from Go and never even bothered sending me a letter to confirm it nor to my Gp very poor communication.
