I'm so impressed with the care delivery at the day surgical unit! The staff were so attentive and knowledgeable, including students. Everyone looked friendly and approachable and it felt like a good working environment in there. My surgery went well and I recovered quickly. Writing this review on the same day, as feel so good about the centre. No problems whatsoever, apart from mixed up with my appt, but an admin lady called and invited to come ASAP. Thank you to everyone!
Rejected urgent referrals. Causing months of delay in doing so. This has endangered my life over and over and overnThis is nothing short than gross, criminal, medical negligence by the allergy and immunology department and they need to be brought to justice. They have condemned me to death
Today, July 23, 2025, I had hernia surgery. I've been well looked after by all the nurses, and I'm sure Dr. Mubarak did a great job. Thank you all for helping the patients. God bless all of you.
Most of the staff are clueless. I came for a follow up appointment for 10.30am got booked in and sat around till 11.00am when the dr called me he said i needed an x-ray first so then i was swnd for an x-ray. The booking staff could have sent me to get an x-ray when they booked me in if they had the commen sense to read the notes. Very disappointed at the amout of time they waste.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO BIRMINGHAM TREATMENT CENTRE FOR SURGERY THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU DONT NEED IT AND WHEN YOU EXPLAIN WHY YOU NEED IT THEY SAY GO PRIVATELY NHS WONT FUND IT AVOID AT ALL COST THEY JUST TRY TO BRUSH YOU UNDER THE CARPET YOUR BETTER OFF DOING THE SURGERY AT HOME WITH YOUR KITCHEN KNIFE YOU WILL GET A POSITIVE RESULT
