All staff are professional caring friendly can't fault staff. Top marks, from theatre staff nurses on the ward catering staff porters. What did go wrong was lack of communication things I should have been told but wasn't. This was so disappointing and caused me stress as I received the highest standard of all round care back in 2020/21.
Firstly I would like to thank the excellent Surgeons and the accompanying teams and all the Theatre staff, for the great operation, of which I am so happy with, although it is still early days of the healings process, and the ICU member Eddison who looked after me diligently, also Doctor Alene. Not forgetting the on coming day shift in the ICU, who also looked after me so diligently, and such wonderful and humorous nursing staff. All the staff and care workers on the Dudley Ward who I feel went above and beyond their duty of care looking after me. All the domestic staff, who were very friendly and helpful doing a fantastic job keeping the hospital immaculate. Lastly a massive thank you to all the catering staff who do an extremely important job providing in assisting the patients recovery by supplying a wonderful cuisine.
I had day surgery at the Priory Hospital and received a first class service and excellent care from everyone involved. The room was lovely, spacious and clean and all the staff departments ward, theatre and catering etc involved in my care were unfaultable. Professor Singhal is an excellent surgeon and I would not hesitate to come back to him and the hospital if I need any further treatment in the future. Many thanks for your excellent service. 6th March From the moment I arrived for a partial knee replacement And shown my spacious clean en-suite room I knew I was in safe hands. All the staff were very helpful,caring,with added humour Communication between all staff and myself helped my stay to flow very smooth,I felt at ease in the priory. The operation went very well,I was not at all worried The meals were hotel star quality The physio team gave me encouragement I needed to push Me in the right direction for the best recovery A speedy discharge was amazing I can’t thank all the staff enough It was a wonderful experience Martin Aston ward 007
I had compassionate and professional nursing care. Monitored effectively. I had an excellent surgeon who used the least invasive procedures. The catering staff were extremely polite and efficient. Everything was done in a timely fashion. The pre op assessment was thorough and detailed.
I went to check my elbow, but unfortunately I didn’t get treatment for it. The out patient receptionist was very helpful, when patients transport dropped me off earlier they advised me that they will find out if the doctor can see me earlier in case he got a slot.
All of my previous surgeries were done at Little Aston so The Priory was a new experience and I have to say way better. My lead nurse Lisa was an exceptional lady with total care for me and reassurance. I felt completely relaxed as she introduced me to all of the staff who would be looking after me ..special mentions to Sade, Hannah, Tabs and Donna all of which gave me their time and smiles every time they entered the room for whatever reason. All of the staff mentioned were incredibly professional and available for me at all times if I needed. I also could hear how they treat the other patients outside of my room and it was exactly the same. Truly an amazing team run by Lisa and I’m so very grateful to them all and I’ll be returning with some flowers and chocolates once healed.
The service provided could not have been better. All of the staff were so kind, considerate and proficient, I'm so grateful to everyone for how well looked after I was. Particular thanks go to my Consultant, Mr Singh, his theatre team, and my nurse, Tricia, who was phenomenally caring, capable and supportive.
My mother have a consultation appointment with doctor in outpatient department, generally reception and doctor are friendly and helpful. Just a little unsatisfying as the doctor come 10 min late as the appointment time. Personal Love the environment and interior design. Would recommend to other and frd ,keep it up
A massive thank you to all the staff Receptionist ,Ward Nurses,Theatre and Recovery staff, Catering Services and Porters who took good care of me today. The services they provided were all excellent and wonderful. The smile on their faces made my journey extra special .Keep up the good work!
