Outstanding Care at The Priory Hospital, BirminghamnnI recently had a total knee replacement at The Priory Hospital in Birmingham, performed by Mr. Marcus Green. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. The nursing team were exceptional—kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.nnThe hospital itself was immaculate, with the highest standards of cleanliness I’ve ever seen in a medical setting. To top it off, the food was excellent—fresh, tasty, and well-prepared.nnI’m incredibly grateful for the care I received and want to thank Mr. Green and the entire team for making what could have been a daunting experience so smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend The Priory Hospital to anyone in need of first-class medical treatment.

I felt as if all the nursing staff went out of their way to make this pre-op assessment a happy, safe, reassuring and peaceful visit. And it was! The nurses are friendly and chatty, and it's clear from their speed and efficiency that they are very experienced and knowledgable. What a splendid group! Looking forward to my next visit!

I went to the hospital for a surgery in September 2025 everything went fine. All the staff were extremely helpful. Dr Thompson and Ram's did a great job at making me feel comfortable and at ease for the procedure. They were both amazing. And afterwards one of the nurses got me a hot drink afterwards.

I recently visited the Priory Hospital for blood work and was delighted to have Nasim Habibi as my phlebotomist—she's truly outstanding! Her extensive knowledge, warm empathy, and clear communication made the entire process feel effortless and comforting. We had a pleasant chat throughout, which helped ease any nerves, and she drew my blood with such gentle precision while carefully cross-checking everything to ensure accuracy. She also thoughtfully explained the next steps for my further investigations. Nasim, your kindness and attention to detail make you an invaluable asset to the hospital—thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

Just been for my pre med for my hip replacement. The whole experience was first class. No waiting around, runs like clockwork. Everybody very professional.nA special mention for secretary Angela Roberts who has been brilliant. Sorting out the date for my operation after being given the runaround by many others.nMany thanks AngelanTony Workman
