This was very busy, but the food was great - nothing special but very tasty and lots of it! Plenty of room both inside with tv screens, it was match day and the footy was on or outside on the water front, where we sat with the dogs. Great bar with lots of drinks to choose from. It was noisy and busy with the footy on, but it was all good natured bantering. You can’t go wrong here for this type of food!
Been here recently and all covid 19 rules were followed except when one staff member was not wearing a mask. It was a gathering with friends and we sat outside by the boats on the harbourside. Food was delicious and came in good time, kept our drinks topped up. But however didn't tell us about any special offers or tried to up sell. Food was a little expensive for someone on a tight budget but was top quality. Pizza was very stringy but a little to hot for my liking. Table was a little wobbly and chairs were uncomfortable. Overall great experience would recommend it
Good time to visit Bristol Harbour. Part of a coffee house nice old fire place Queens Square one side and Kings Street other side . With bars and restaurants and Theatre Royal.
Three times we had to send things back to the kitchen before they got our order right. One of which was because there was meat in my vegetarian burger. Once we finally had the right order, we realised there were no knives and forks or condiments. We asked and turns out we were supposed to have them already but they forgot. Considering the very limited menu and the fact that we were the only people eating in the restaurant, this seemed pretty ridiculous that they could mess it up so many times. To top it all off, I have woken up the next morning with a stomach bug and diarrea. I’ve had to take the day off and I’m stuck in bed which is why I have found the time to write this review, otherwise I probably would have left it. What an awful time
Great service from the security and bar staff. Whilst other bars turned away our group of 14 people fresh from a retirement party so not exactly raucous the security staff put together a group of tables outside so we could all sit together and subsequently we spent close to £100 on booze. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Thanks again!
Whether to watch the football. Lots of screens, beet was ok, had a cheapish average chicken burger. No thrills, good for watching sport!

The lady that greeted and served us was absolutely lovely, the only down fall is the state of the toilets. But staff and drinks were lovely xx{
Went here for a drink with my brother who is in a wheelchair and we had to sit outside as there is no wheelchair access. His partner it was his 22nd birthday and he definitely doesn't look under 18 went to the bar to get drinks. The bar person, who had a stinking attitude from the outset, poured the drinks and then asked for ID. Unfortunately, he didn't have ID so was refused the drinks, which is fair, but some manners about it might have been nice. The server then poured the drinks down the drain, including the coke. When my brothers partner asked if he could just buy the coke, he was told there is a £5 minimum on card spend apprently this place is a corner shop from 2006. I don't know if the owners read this, but if you do; putting a minimum spend on cards, whilst not illegal, is against the core rules set out by Visa it's on page 109. It is also in terms and conditions for Mastercard that there should not be a minimum or maximum payment set and these companies have been known to cease working with or even fine businesses that do this! I have reported your business to both of these companies via their online form. If only your server had possessed some basic manners. Really hope this doesn't cause too much of a problem for you!
