Excellent weekend stay. Stayed in room 6 on the top floor, very comfortable. Very good location for access to beach and Lanes. As many others have said, breakfast is very good indeed. Highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
This is a great place to stay, the location is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and is only a short walk into town. The room was large and very pleasant. The owners were very friendly, and the breakfast was brilliant. An awesome place to stay!Rooms: 5/5
We only stayed for two nights at Brightonwave, but what a wonderful experience. The room was so much bigger than expected and the attention to detail was amazing! Everything was perfect and Simon and Richard were wonderful hosts. Our breakfasts were excellent and when we had to leave earlier than normal on our last morning, Simon and Richard made sure we had toast and coffee before we headed off to catch our train. We highly recommend staying here and will do so again when were are in Brighton again.

Had a really nice 2 nights stay here. The room was nice and clean, with nice toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, with good choices. And the location is excellent too.Rooms: 5/5
We had amazing 5 days at Brightonwave! I honestly think this was the best hotel experience ever for me. Amazing owners !!! who pay close attention to little details that can make your stay perfect. Sweet Snack in rooms. Everything is clean and fresh. Smells nice too : Breakfast is incredible. Variety of choice and super tasty! Thank you Simon & Richard!!
Absolutely loved this accomodation and location in Brighton. Warm welcome by the hosts, beautiful room and facilities, loved the balcony with sea views, and tasty traditional breakfast included. easy walk to everything! Rooms: Wonderful large room, with balcony and sea view. Walkability: Close to everything!
We had a brilliant time staying here! Simon and Richard were great, really friendly and helpful and did a lovely breakfast! The location is fantastic, really close to the beach, walking distance to the centre of town and close by restaurants, bars and coffee shops! Our room was Room 8 and was nice and quiet with very little outside noise getting in, even on New Year's Eve the fireworks going off around us didn't seem too loud! The room was amazing and the en-suite with bath was great! We were well looked after with an assortment of teas, coffees and restocking of water! It was really easy to come and go and we'd definitely stay again!
Great weekend in Brighton made even better by staying at The Brightonwave where we was greeted by Simon and Richard on arrival . The room exceeded our expectations it was large , clean , airey with lovely luxurious bedding on a superking king /twin bed . We had tea and coffee available in the room . everything has been thoughtfully provided including an Iron and ironing board and a hairdryer . Easy parking outside in zone c which you don't mind paying £10 daily for a voucher which they also provide. The location was also great by being only 2 mins walk to the beach . Impressed with choices available in the breakfast room, breakfast was wonderful with great presentation and you can see why they are award winning for 2022 -2023 for their breakfast . If and when we go back to Brighton we would definitely return here and would recommend this wonderful Bed and Breakfast , thank you Brightonwave.
My husband and I stayed here for a portion of our honeymoon in 2019. It was wonderful in every way! Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were lovely, and their breakfast was the highlight of our stay! We would love to return one day.
