Decent priced hotel in really convenient location for Central Brighton. Not offering breakfast at the moment. Our room at the back of the hotel was clean and tidy, but a little tired in places. View out of the window was an alley full of building supplies and loud music from another bar played until about 11pm but didn't bother us as we were out until then anyway. Probably wouldn't pay any more than what I paid but it was perfect for us as a place to sleep after a night out in the city. Walkability: Less than 5 minutes away from the steine/the Royal pavilion/the pier by foot.
Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. We booked directly with the hotel via the website and paid £20 for 2 breakfasts. On arrival but after paying we were told they no longer offered breakfast but they would refund our money. 2 weeks later and they still haven’t refunded the money despite multiple text messages and also emailing them. They need to update the website to say they no longer do breakfast, I would have said honest mistake but they have stolen my money and are not replying to my messages either. Oh and the room had no tv remote and the shower was broken.
Booked a room for my wife’s birthday treat The hotel cancelled two days before just be careful if you’re booking and expecting your room to be available I have rung and left messages to see the reason why no one has bothered getting in touch please be aware Rooms: Don’t know, didn’t get to stay there the hotel cancelled our room to book 2 days before we were meant to stay there

Loved my last minute stay here, location was perfect super central yet was very quiet at night despite this. Check in was easy, I got the number from booking.com and texted my arrival time. The room was so comfortable with lovely finishing touches including chocolates on the pillows, a mini bottle of red wine which I drank while having a bath - wonderful. Would reccomend to friends and family.
Friendly welcome, room spotless and comfortable, to find chocolates and wine in your bedroom is always welcome bed was comfortable, shower excellent. All facilities provided. Breakfast was excellent, great choice, and freshly cooked to order. If I had any grumbles at all it would be that it was a bit noisy, we had a room at the back and there is a pub down the road. Other residents were a bit noisy coming home too. But it wouldn't deter us from staying again if we come back to Brighton. Excellent value and very friendly staff. And they kept our cases whilst we explored Brighton before catching our train. Thank you
What a lovely place to stay, the staff were amazing and super friendly, our room was beautiful, was not what I was expecting so was a nice surprise, had a lovely greeting from their dog biscuit, what a cutie!! Breakfast was so good, there was plenty of choice. Would highly recommend a stay here I would happily stay again. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.
Nice and comfortable room breakfast very nice and plenty to go at . Vicki and Zac are great nothing is too much trouble. Parking can be a bit of a mare to find a spot but we managed . Our room was a little tired but it looks like they are on with refreshing them judging by the stuff being delivered , we would definitely stay there again if we go back to Brighton.
