Simply awful. Front desk staff smoking at front door (Not very professional). Parking voucher from hotel at £8.00 per day but spent 2 hours looking for a space. We paid for breakfast but refused to eat the so called continental breakfast as it consisted of cheese chunks, cold meats and toast which all looked like it had seen better days. The hotel supply earplugs in each room which is a clue to being a noisy hotel and it was. The room was very hot which prevented any sleep. So I can honestly say we will NEVER stay here again. It's more suited to backpackers who probably care less than the staff. Sorry to be blunt but I have to be honest...... ........oh did you think I was done..... My legs are covered in bruises because the bed frame stuck out so much I kept knocking my legs.

It's a charming hotel with gla great strategic position. The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast buffet decent.

Brilliant! Friendly staff who are dog and LGBTI welcoming. Handy for the pier, sea and town. Attached restaurant and bar is excellent and reasonably priced. The Penthouse Suite (with stunning sea view and four poster bed is to die for! (Spent my 70th birthday there and it made an excellent venue) My only gripe is the top floor and Penthouse are not accessible to the disabled - but the rest of the floors are. 😊

Didn't have the ingredients for a full English. Said they would go out and get them but this would have made me late to a meeting. 6 quid a little expensive for the bread fest that constituted a continental breakfast. Disappointed to say the least. Room was ok. Location good. Parking bad.
