Fantastic service.  Polite friendly and professional staff. Nice waiting area with TV, A free tea, coffee and hot chocolate machine  I had 2 cups. Also dog friendly.  Only small gripe is the car parking is terrible no spaces each time I have been so parked in front of door but they are fine with that and relocate your vehicle for you. Wonderful customer service. Recently had a service and asked the team to replace the trim on my Sportage. The team being Gail customer care advisor and the service guys Steve,Chris and Rob were amazing. Super helpful on a very busy day, kept me informed of costs and gave me an area I could work whilst I waited. Definitely would recommend  !

Thanks firstly to Laura who accepted my kia sportage in from the RAC. Then Lucy who listened carefully to my desperate situation with my car needing to be looked at urgently, as I had no transport, then Matt who managed my car through the diagnostic, fix and helped me out with a loan car. To the mechanics who fixed this so quickly and made me safe again in my car! Actually KIA BOLTON you where a pleasure to deal with and I can’t thank you enough for sorting my car under warranty and making me feel really looked after  thanks for everything and keep up the amazing work you all do !!

Always parking in other offices' parking spaces and blocking them so staff in surrounding offices cannot park up at their place of work. Also speed through the carpark at high speeds risking damage to customers' cars and other vehicles. Bad example.

My Sorento tow car has broken down and has to be recovered to kia under warranty, they have told me it won't be looked at until October, already had to cancel holiday planned for this Friday with our touring caravan, going to have to cancel another two.  We purchased this vehicle brand new and serviced every year with them, where is the customer care.

I have purchased four new cars from Bolton​ Kia over the last four years and they had a service every year at the same place, they even sent me a video of the service. In my opinion they are the best in the country, from sales to service they are first class and they are number one in Europe.

Having taken my car back to this service centre for them to check the start and stop system they haven’t found the problem? Before they sold the car to me this should of been checked right away ? Bought this Kia Sportage g T Line in March it is now may and nothing has been communicated back to me?? Poor service from Kia

Very efficient as you would expect from Kia. Good pricing & a professional attitude. Peace of mind along with the 7rs warranty is a huge bonus. Kia is the place to go for style  reputation & quality.

Worth the travel to Bolton, better than local Kia dealer in Southport.. who couldn't care less about customer care. Recommended to all, will use again... Thank you..
