Pleasant experience waiting while car in for booked minor job. Staff pleasant + attentive; showroom/waiting area comfortable; coffee offered/brought to us good! Car valeted, inc. wash + interior clean.

Contacted few dealers for a potential KODIAQ purchase, Blade Skoda replied me back almost instantly. All of my questions were answered honestly and best of their ability. Blade's offers were hard to beat, which combined with very good customer service. I've placed my order for Skoda Kodiaq today. Soon the review will be updated once the vehicle is delivered. So far, I'm very happy with their service.

I recently bought a used Skoda Fabia from Heritage Skoda. The entire experience from the moment we walked in, to leaving with the car a few days later, was pleasant and hassle-free. It's been 30 years since I bought a car in the UK, and Richard patiently led us through the process, helped us find an appropriate car for our needs, and made sure we were happy with our choice. Best used car buying experience ever.
Friendly, helpful staff. Service carried out while I waited. No issues.
When buying a car the staff are a bit rude and not overly nice. But you can put up with them, just about. When it comes to servicing or garage work the whole system is appalling. You book in your service, you drop off, you come back at the allotted time and get given a list of other things that are standard service items but for some reason aren't included in the service process, and so you need to go away for another hour while they do these other things. When you question this, they claim it's their systems fault. Thier defense for appalling customer service is their internal systems.
Well I'm on my 3rd Skoda for the money nothing comes close, relaxing drive, reliable, great Service.
