I bought a bmw 3 series touring last month from Jake, I travelled from Cornwall via train, he met me directly outside the station, let me test drive the car straight away, and was friendly from the start! Offered us drinks at the office and made us feel very relaxed about the whole situation of buying a new car half way up the country!  I Have been holding off on putting a review as I’ve had so many issues with other cars from other people, I wanted to give it a bit to see if any problems came to light and thus far, everything is perfect. The car drives like a dream, no issues!  Would definitely recommend Jake and son auto to anyone looking for a new car, his personal service and care for his customer is fantastic!

Tony was really helpful and accomodating. We travelled from Warwickshire to see the car, very tidy, we decided to buy it. Tony agreed to deliver it, and did so the next day, bang on time. Very good experience, very pleased with car.

Unfortunately not a good experience with these ones at all. Bought a Kia Rio from L&S Cars with a 3 months warranty. After 2 weeks the car started having mechanical issuesclutch, etcWe eventually requested a refund as they were expecting us to waste our time to get quotes to fix the problems. It  took ages to negociate as they tried charging us fees for anything they could think off,fees they were not allowed to charge under the Consumer Rights Act. Only after sending 2 official letters they eventually collected the car .

Excellent customer service from Tony from start to finish. Genuine, efficient, helpful and very patient! Extremely pleased with our VW Golf.  Highly recommend.  Even though we are not from the area, would have no hesitation coming to you again for another car .

I purchased a quality car from L & S cars. I'm so pleased with it. Great friendly and very helpful service. I had a small problem with the car but it wasn't any trouble for them to sort out. Really happy and would buy another car from them in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Brilliant car dealers. I bought my first mini cooper r52 cabriolet from them and never had a problem with the car. The staff are really friendly and polite and talk you through the car you are buying.

Car is so far pretty good. Has a fault with the satnav system not booting up sometimes that conveniently isn't included in the warranty. The warranty also only covers up to £200 worth of work. So it's basically utterly useless. Helpful and polite dealer though.

A friend recommended this dealership and I ended up buying from there. Good quality car, very competitive price, great service and very helpfull. Would definitely recommend to others.
