Do not use Trade N Save. I got sold a car with a slipping clutch, when I called Ben sharpe to discuss what he could do I was told I won’t be getting a penny out of him. I was more than willing to fit the part myself and he just pay for the parts but he’s point blank ripped me off . I’m not one to resort to things like this but I wouldn’t want anyone else getting ripped off .
My partner needed to source and purchase another car quickly as his old one was having some problems. We found a 2011/61 Renault Megane GT-Line online for sale at Trade N Save in Gloucester at a great price. We were given a great price against our part exchange, and have been totally happy with the new car. We will be buying our next Renault from here! Thanks guys!

Would highly recommend this place. Fantastic customer service, really helpful and just all round pleasant experience. Found a car on eBay at this dealer being auctioned as it was taken in part ex. Popped up from South Wales to view before bidding and was treated really well as if I was viewing new car on forecourt gentleman was really helpful as he showed us the car and had a wealth of knowledge. left after inspecting and taking car on a test drive really happy that the description on eBay was spot on. As I was leaving to bid on the auction I only asked about location of the train station as If I won the auction I'd be catching a train up to collect the car and the gentleman dealing with me said without hesitation "just give us a call on your way and if I got someone available I'll have them collect you from the station no problem" which I personally thought was fantastic just those really attentive things add to an overall Fantastic experience won the auction and collected car again being treated all the time with so much care and fantastic customer service that is really rare from most dealerships when only buying a part ex to clear vehicle. Would highly recommend and will definitely be looking here when I want to buy a car again even though it's close on 90 miles away from my home. Such a good experience is well worth the travel. Just to add car is fantastic also but really blown away by whole experience. Thank you guys for such a perfect car buying experience.

Having had a few problems with my purchase from Ben and Rob, nothing was to much trouble to put right, having had a good experience with the team I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends and family, have made a reservation to have a cambelt change in the new year, will also be using them for my Renault Grand Scenic to be serviced there, was a pleasure to do business with them.
Great team! Very honest work and helped me out when I was in need when nobody else could! Have been twice and couldn't fault the service or the team. I have dealt with Rob and Andy and both are so lovely! Will be using again and recommending to others
