Just had a great experience buying a car here. A huge variety of Mercedes, new and used. We dealt with Charlotte who was really friendly and welcoming from the beginning; helpful, informative and knew everything about the cars we looked at. She helped us decide on a fantastic car. I've travelled almost 2 hours to use this recommended dealership and was impressed with the quality and helpfulness of the sales team. I've just purchased a C300h which unfortunately has just started showing the engine management warning light (amber). Hopefully the servicing team can resolve this issue and I'll rate the experience again. Just had the EML fixed under the warranty and was able to use some of their office space to get some work done. Really pleased with the service support and knowledge. Well worth the extra miles to see them!

Difficult to fault service offered. Good location to get to, met at door by employee who was expecting me (pre booked service) and had coffee and biscuits brought to me before I could take coat off( waiting area is in showroom but did n't need coat even though sub zero -beast from the east) quickly followed by attention of service manager. All very efficient.

Salesman very pleasant commercial manager just a little pushy but on the hole very good.
