Wonderfully welcoming showroom with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were supported by Matthew as we looked to buy an A class. He was outstanding - having worked in the industry with a number of manufacturers, he was first class at helping us spec our vehicle, then sourcing an excellent demo model. We had a small issue after collection of our new car and Matthew went above and beyond to get it resolved quickly. First class guy in a first class dealership!
I have just been bought my first ever Mercedes from Mercedes Benz Cheltenham & Gloucester we dealt with the brilliant Lee Watkins in the Sales dept. Lee was incredibly efficient, friendly and very helpful and really went the extra mile to ensure that our first Mercedes purchase was a totally pleasurable experience. It was my birthday just before I collected my car and I was welcomed into the showroom by Lee and an electronic banner wishing me a Happy Birthday which was a lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz Cheltenham & Gloucester.

A really positive experience dealing with Mercedes in Cheltenham. James Hunt was superb. Nothing was too much trouble and he was really knowledgable, honest and not too pushy which is a refreshing blend when searching for a new car. He went above and beyond trying to find me the perfect car in my budget. When I’m ready for my next new car i shall be contacting James again!

Throughout the entire process, she demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and expertise, answering all of my questions with clarity and patience. What stood out most was her genuine commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and preferences, making the experience not only smooth and efficient but also genuinely enjoyable.
I think I bought the oldest and possibly the cheapest used Mercedes on the forecourt. And yet, despite not investing a six-figure sum the sales staff treated me and my transaction as if I was that premium customer. My every last query and concern was handled with respect by the staff, mostly by James Hunt, with input from Craig Fellowes. A pleasant and rewarding experience. Our previous 2 Mercedes cars have been meticulously maintained, throughout our ownership, at MB-Cheltenham&Glos and have gone on to be real high milers - I fully expect this latest purchase to do the same.
We bought a second hand CL200 Coupe from this dealership on 28/03/2024. The car was exactly what we were looking for and our experience was made all the better by the brilliant James Hunt and the rest of the team. All of our queries and questions were answered very knowledgeably and nothing seemed too much trouble. The after sales service has also been excellent and we would have no quibbles about thoroughly recommending this dealership.
