I would like to say a big thank you to Golden Caravans for great customer service, as someone who deals daily with customer service I was impressed. I would also like to say a special thank you to Kevin & Chris for their help and advice. Keep up the good work!! Update 21.03.18 Just had a service done on my caravan and the customer service was excellent, had a issue with a gas regulator but this was sorted under warranty. we had help to unhitch & the service was done quickly and efficiently. Top Marks again.

We have been a customer with Golden Castle for the last 8 years. Very good staff and customer service. Every time they are more than happy to help.

Excellent staff, always friendly, we got our first carvan from here and most of our accessories, Kevin is an absolute diamond. Highly recommended. We are regular visitors
