Wow, a rare find! There aren’t many garages like this any more. Tidy cars, honest approach and fair prices. I would 100% buy a car from them again and have already recommended them to family and friends.

Beyond and above!  I can't express how grateful I am with their service and help! Answering all my questions, offering me a spare car if my new car was not ready on time, good price for the exchange, MOT brand new... they even put a new battery!  All paperwork done and explained, and the car is just so nice!  Highly recommended, honesty...they make all this process that can be so painful... so much enjoyable and easy!

I recently bought a audi tt from doug it's my second car from him but this one I've been left disappointed,when I collected the car there was a problem from the start the top mounts were gone also the front suspension and the blowers had a mind of there own also there was a steering light on the dashboard I spoke to doug about all of these issues and he was very quick to say bring it in which I was delighted to do they had the car for 2 weeks waiting on suspension parts all the faults were sorted apart from the dash light which they were not happy to do because it wasn't on a fault diagnostics reader and recently I checked my oil and thought it looked very dark for a car that had been serviced 2,000miles ago so I took it too a garage to double check and the mechanic said all parts were showing more than 12,000miles since the last service so I'm now out of pocket £200 for a service which has been done today and another £200 to get the dash light sorted out I wouldn't recommend anyone going without a mechanic to check things properly

I have been buying my cars from Doug at Town Cars for over 40 years. He has always been fair, produced good cars and always if there has been a problem he has put it right without question. Highly reccomended

Excellent service, so pleased with my car I collected today. Car 10 years old looks brand new and drove back to Chepstow like a dream.

I bought a fiat 500 for my wife at the end of January and at first all seemed okay. However their was a a few things that needed to be done and the owner and son took care of everything that needed to be done. I can't praise them enough because they never even quibbled about anything and even put up with my requests and questions. I will be coming back in the future when we need to buy another car. Thank you so very much for a great car and fantastic customer care. By far the best used car sales I have ever used.

Popped in to have a look at the cars, as my son wants to buy another car. Saw a couple of cars, one of the people who worked there came out and asked if we wanted to look at the cars, opened them up, worked out a price for part exchange etc, very helpful.  Still looking around.

Good old fashioned service and quality  low mileage cars . Not pushy at all and highly recommended.

Just bought my 4th car from Doug and his team. Service is flawless. Cars are always very good value for money. It's a pleasure to do business with this efficient company. More importantly,  it's a pleasure to do business with a friendly team who strive to deliver a faultless service. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic customer service. This is probably my 5th car from Town Cars and in terms of family members maybe a total of 12 over the years.  Doug, Ryan and the team are 1st class. Any issues are sorted immediately and to be honest they go above and beyond what you would expect a used car garage to do. It’s all about keeping the customers happy and in doing so provides repeat business. A decent stock of various vehicles to cater for. A totally trustworthy, genuine garage to buy from.  Thanks again for looking after me extremely well.
