I was seen by Lee today for a scheduled test drive of a Kia EV6. The car is amazing. I was interested in the car for my business. Lee have me an honest and unbiased assessment of the EV6's capabilities. He did not apply pressure to me, nor did he try to hide parts of the car that didn't suit my industry. He used clear language, and made sure to answer all my questions directly. I felt at ease throughout my visit. I am unsure if I will buy the EV6 or the EV9, but in both cases, I will make a return to Wessex Kia Gloucester. Thank you Lee.
I recently purchased a Kia Niro EV, which included part-exchanging my own car. I have been impressed by the customer service from start to finish. The salesman, Gabriel Gabe, was unfailingly polite, helpful and punctual. First class communication, too. We’ll done Gabe, Naz and team.
I had to choose a company car and wanted to test drive the Kia Niro PHEV first. Guys at Wessex couldn’t be more helpful even knowing that I wasn’t going for a purchase directly through them. They let me go out and test drive the car, answered all questions I had about the car and all round just a really friendly team. Thanks all!
Very poor service. I was told the Nissan Micra I bought had a full service history. This was the second vehicle I'd bought from Wessex garages in Gloucester, so I had no reason to doubt I was being told the truth. I subsequently discovered there are no service record details at all for my car. I rang the sales manager Naz twice, who said he'd look into it for me, but he never rang me back. Very disappointing.
Very helpful and efficient. Due to building work the car park is a bit of a nightmare but they can't do much about that in the short term. They are doing their best.

I had the privilege to deal with Michael Fraser at Wessex Kia. I was looking to trade in my Kia Sportage for a newer model. I got exactly what I asked for at a great price and a great trade in price. I picked up the newer model on the agreed time and Michael was very polite, courteous and not overly pushy like some sales people. Great service check in despite the place being a building site. Very freindly staff, cup of tea on arrival and fast car check in
They make buying a car difficult and long-winded. It took forever and it was a cash sale - I wasn't even haggling.
We popped in one Sunday without an appointment and Bill Miles was more than happy to help us. He showed us the car we were interested in and came with us for a test drive. Bill was so pleasant and helpful. 5 days later we picked up our new car. Thanks Bill you were a star.
