Very smart place, staff friendly and welcoming but quality of work is abysmal. My Vito was in for a service and replacement of nearside front suspension spring. The work was carried out on time but then a whole day was wasted waiting for the Invoice to be produced. After collection I noticed the steering was pulling to the left, so after consulting Google which suggested Camber angle was wrong I had a look. Sure enough the angle was miles out from where it had been factory set from new. I reset it to original and all was fine. Then I noticed the windscreen wiper tray had been removed in the repair and three of the retaining studs had not been replaced. The best bit was when the MOT was carried out a couple of weeks later, (by someone else) who found the engine undertray had not been replaced. The vehicle then failed the MOT because the offside suspension spring was broken, the rust on the break suggested it had been like it for a long time! Surely this should have been noticed during the service! The quality of the work on my van by RYGOR was slapdash and poor, I have no intention of going there again. My van is now being repaired by elsewhere.

I started to use Rygor in Gloucester one year ago for the service of my Sprinter van. The service went fine however they recommended two other jobs. The items needed weren’t in stock, therefore I was told that once they were in stock I would be given a price and contacted reference scheduling work. Six months later I contacted Rygor and they denied having the original parts request so I was forced to have the work done at Kidderminster. This Friday I phoned Rygor in regard to ordering 24 separate body and trim parts as result of an RTC, I was told to come in to the parts department and informed they open from 7:30am. I travelled for 40 mins to arrive at 7:30am, and upon arrival I was told that on a Saturday, they normally start at 8am - despite it displaying on their door AND website opening hours of 7:30am. When I eventually spoke to the parts department about half an hour after I arrived, I was told; “We don’t have the capacity to take your order today, if you could go home and send us an email with what you want and we will get it sorted in the next couple of weeks!” I then drove to Arthur Spriggs Mercedes commercial franchise in Tewkesbury who sat with me for half an hour to identify all the parts needed, not something I could have done at home. The team at Arthur Spriggs were very helpful and provided an excellent service. I would not recommend Rygor to anyone, they have consistently provided completely unprofessional customer service and seem to have some ignorant and inept staff. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money with them.

Ordered parts for a older truck which are not readily available. Spoke to a gent by the name of Ray. He was on the case and got me the parts in 24 hours and I got the part to Zambia , Africa in three days. Thanks to Ray and Mercedes this was possible. Thank you again!!
