Can’t believe how badly run this company is by the manager Lisa! Emailed a complaint to her and don’t even get a response 2 weeks later! Regret spending 50k on a sprinter with this company, wish we had checked there reviews before purchasing! Will be highly recommending to our fellow contractors to shop else where when purchasing a van due to the poorly organised management!!
Can't believe the money and time I've lost using this company to repair my mercedes vito! Sent my van in to diagnose and fix an issue bringing up the engine management light and a notification saying a malfunction on the front of the van. I also requested a general health check on the van. Once diagnosed I received a bill for £1200-£1300 which I was happy to pay once these issues were repaired. A month later I return to collect my van, I drove my van out of the dealership and 5 mins into my drive home I notice the steering wheel isn't central when driving straight then 15-20 mins into my drive home these lights appear that I've never seen before in the 4 years of owning it saying the traction control is messed up. I pulled over in a layby to call the service department which is pointless because you'll never get through, so then I sent an email with photos attached. I have since been in a battle with them for the past month as they are saying this has nothing to do with them and that it is a coincidence that the traction control messed up 10 mins after driving it away from the garage. I could possibly understand if this happened a few days after getting the van back but it was almost instantly after driving it away and they won't accept responsibility. Also a few days ago the lights on the dash that it originally went in the garage for have now come up again so the repair has not been done correctly or even at all. I'm starting to think that I've been scammed here as my van now has more lights on the dash than before it went in. There is no proof that the technicians even worked on my van or if they did they have not sorted the issue and have ended up creating more issues. I can't begin to explain how annoyed I am that I've spent £1200 on repairs to keep my van, my lively hood running and it's come back in worser shape and won't pass the MOT because of dash lights. Never thought I'd get turnt over by a company with as good of a reputation as Mercedes. So depressed by my experience here and don't know where to turn. Just want to sell the van and never buy a mercedes vehicle ever again.
I had to give one star, if I could I would have gave minus stars. This is due to the poorly run logistics and lack of willingness to deal with my complaint taken up with the manager Lisa, only to be ignored on several occasions, very poor management after spending a small fortune, I never had this experience with Vauxhall or ford on previous vans, absolutely shocking!
Really good service they have always looked after me and my Mercedes Sprinter very well. Cant fault them!
Just collected my Mercedes Atego one hour ago after diagnostics which couldn’t find a fault and am now waiting on the side of the M42 having broken down again
5* service from James and the team on the A service and MOT on our Sprinter based Hymer motorhome. I would 100% recommend and will be back next year. Well done team!! Went back today 191023 for what I had thought would have been a replacement DPF self diagnosed. David kept me up to date at all stages and I was very surprised and happy to find out that a forced regeneration was all that was required. Thanks again David and the technician! 5**
I bought my dream car from a "hunter car", everything was ok except the window on the driver's side which either closed hard or opened instead of closing. they said that if there would be a problem, it would be to contact me. So I drove a bit and the problem did not go away once, I only got tips on how to reset the windshield so that the problem disappeared. but the problem is still there so I called them someone answered and asked what the problem was, so I said and told me to call me when I was at the mechanic's, he would talk to him when I called, he said that another person was doing it and that he would call me today. of course, I didn't get to the phone number. If you buy a car, then if it's a problem, they avoid contacting me. so I don't have good memories with this company unfortunately ...
Everything is always a problem here! Don’t trust them telling you they have a hire vehicle! Or calling you back! Shocking experience as always.
Handbrake and various recall jobs needed doing. Waited a fair time for the vehicle to be started on. Eventually sorted and after 6 cups of tasty free coffee the trip home was less tiring.
My vehicle went in for a regular service; at which time they topped up the Ad Blue with 1L. This is not a standard part of the service & was not required as the tank itself had more than the required amount inside. Despite this being done without any need or without my consent, they then went on to charge me £42 + VAT for the privilege!!! Yes for £42 for 1L ‍ daylight robbery! Despite flagging this straight away upon service completion, My money did not return to my bank account until FIVE days & many call/emails later. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with the Rygor Group, I feel as though as I am a Sole Trader with 1 vehicle, I get flung to the bottom of the pile and the fleet customers get put first. This is not the customer service you expect from being such a loyal customer to such a well known company. Despite no issue whatsoever with the vehicles themselves, I will be forced to change brand for my next van in the hope of a better service experience elsewhere.
