Well, within a week, I chose, paid for and collected my car from here and the experience was a pleasure. There were a few minor repairs needed which I was promised would be done, and they were. The handover went according to plan and the service we received from Harry (finance) and Adam (sales) was exemplary for such fresh faced young chaps. Their professionalism was 10/10, and coming from a salesman, thats as good a compliment as can be given. The product in my view is only half the job. The service is as important and after seeing a few dubious reviews, I can only say my treatment was first class. The wife was even catered for with a lovely gesture!! So, the bar has been set, and I am sure the after sales service will be just as good. Would recommend based on my own personal experience.

Just had our new Range Rover delivered personally by Adam Page of Stratstone, Cheltenham. Delivered at 8.00pm at night and after going through everything with the car he did not leave until 9.40pm. Could not fault Adam on his delivery and information on the car in showing us how all the "gadgets" worked. He even brought me a lovely bouquet of flowers as "all part of the service". We could not fault Adam on his help through the purchasing process of the vehicle and with all the information he provided on the on the vehicle. Adam Page is an asset to Stratstone Cheltenham and very professional in his approach. The customer's happiness is paramount to Adam and we could not fault him or Stratstone in any way. Well done Adam, keep up the good work. Will certainly point potential buyers in Adam's direction.

What an absolutely first class service! Can't thank Mollly, Harry and Adam for the service received today from Stratstone Land Rover, Cheltenham. Having purchased many cars over the years I have been seriously impressed by these lovely people. Nothing was too much trouble and they really went the extra mile!!! Can't recommend them highly enough.

Just appalling. Again. They never return calls, they never call back when they have actually promised to do so. Nobody ever knows what is going on. They're great when you're actually buying a car - but once you're saddled with the bloody thing they lose interest very quickly. They had my car, which is just over a year old, for nearly a week to try for the third or fourth time to fix a fault that has been recurring since we bought it (engine light on for no apparent reason). When they finally dropped it back yesterday, assuring me that the fault was finally fixed, the engine light came on again the minute I turned the ignition on. Now I am waiting again for a call back, and hopefully this time a courtesy car, so I can actually get to work. Avoid the brand, and definitely avoid this dealership.

Came in to this dealership at 5pm (1 hour before closing) to make a purchase however the experience was laughable. We were 1 of 2 customers in the dealership. The lady on the front desk seemed uninterested and bored. When we asked for assistance she said went to get a salesman which took 10-15 minutes for one to help. During this time the door to their "staff room" was opened repeatedly and each time the sales team in there were playing on their phones. The salesman that eventually came to help was polite and did say he was new to the brand but being unable to answer all the questions, he quickly left to get a more experience salesman from the group playing on their phones. When he didn't return for another 10minutes we left. Thoroughly unimpressed what is seemingly a prestige brand.
