Visited Honda Heritage a few weeks ago but missed the car I wanted to look at my fault, the team took my email address and sent me frequent updates of their stock, on receiving an email on Monday I replied to Steve Bill for images, Steve advised me that the car was going through the assurance process and would send me a video when he had access to the car, true to his word he did so, after a quick call we arranged a viewing, with the viewing done we agreed a price and processed the car, Claire must also get a mention with the speedy work on the warranty and other paperwork. From arriving to leaving with the new car was inside 90 mins, one very pleased customer who had a very pleasant drive home. Highly recommended.
Great service! At first impression at Reception, we were given a genuine greeting and asked how they could help. We said we were looking to buy a Honda Advance Jazz. We were invited to sit and have a coffee and view showroom cars until someone was free to help us. We looked around and saw the car we were looking for, although a different colour to our preference. Steve Bill came over and gave us a warm greeting. We sat and talked through our preferences and options. Steve put us at ease as we were changing from a 15 year history with Citroen. We were impressed with Honda Advance Jazz specifications, and we talked through budget and waiting time to get our preferred colour - Sunlight White - which was 2/3 months. In discussing process, Steve ascertained that an ordered car in Sunlight White was available now due to the proposed buyers’ personal circumstances. We obviously agreed and the car was secured for us. We were extremely impressed with the service provided - from reception to sales to service plan to after care follow up. We have had the car now for three months and a brilliant drive. Thank you.
Great friendly staff, especially Nathan, who was friendly and informative throughout the purchase of our Toyota Yaris. I would definitely buy from them again as the car is a great car and gleaming from top to bottom and brilliant service. The only little gripe I have was the Centre caps on my alloy wheels were in a poor condition, which I sent an e-mail after purchase about as I had not spotted this on viewing but not had anything back?
Received top-notch service from this dealership, courtesy Nathan. From the moment when we expressed interest in a vehicle till the moment when we collected it a week later, he took care of everything - from recording a personalised video presenting the offer to handing us the keys and the paperwork, not to mention the fact that he picked us up from the train station. He's a real professional and we are going to recommend his and Heritage Honda's services to all our friends. The best of luck!
Visited the parts Department 20th May as a retail customer. After being ignored for for a period of time I attracted the Advisors attention. He said he was busy and would be 10 - 15 minutes. Disappointed I went away and returned 15 minutes later only to be told he was still busy and it would still be another 10- 15 minutes. I said that was unacceptable I would take my custom elsewhere. To which he replied "OK"
In early May 2024 received a recall notice for my CRV so I contacted Heritage Honda Gloucester. from the moment the call was answered I was given clear precise details of what was going to happen. I was offered a courtesy car and was allowed to pick it up the the evening before the work took place so I wouldn't be inconvenienced for my early morning work start the following day. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the parts supply meaning that the work was delayed until the following day. I was kept fully informed and appraised by the staff and allowed to keep the courtesy car for another day. I cannot fault the service given by them and was more than happy with the way I was treated. It is good to know that when a glitch happens, this quality company sorted it out with no stress. Much appreciated
I bought a new HRV in March 2024 from Honda Gloucester, I found it not suitable for me and my partners needs and wanted to change to the Jazz, I spoke to the salesman at Honda Gloucester who I bought the HRV from, he was very caring and offered to help me change to the car I want, I am now buying a new jazz which I am collecting in May. I find Honda Gloucester to be very friendly, helpful, caring, and they look after you to give you what you want.
Updated*. Great service as per when I came in to have the car serviced and MOTed. Thanks to technicians and valeter too for the work. Friendly and confident service as soon as I walked through the door from the receptionist, and again friendly and professional service from Martin who always remembers me despite being only an annual service customer. I walked round the showroom while waiting and the layout is great, however I was surprised that I wasn't approached by a sales executive as I opened a few doors of cars. Sure I was a service customer, but who knows if I could have been a potential new car buyer. 5 stars still, Mary.
I had the MOT done on My Honda Jazz today, The car will complete 10 years in the family. Honda Gloucester picked the car up and took it to their dealers, did the MOT and passed with flying colours. Thanks Amy and her team for looking after my Honda Jazz
Great team, no pressure selling, great advice helped with making the choice. Even love dogs being in there, one woman came out to say hello to my dogs! Apparently it is the same across the group, nice and refreshing in this car buying world.
