Well known chains of hotels. Friendly staff. Prompt on service. Great service. Breakfast in The Pickled Hen resturant is really versatile. The Executive Lounge in the 12 floor is the one to relax and chat with friends. Nice training facilities with swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Located near the Marble Arch, this hotel has the usual quality of the Marriott chain of hotels. It has well equipped gym, bar and restaurants. Room comes with free wifi and the room is decent size. Good for return stay in the future.
Tea at the 'Pickled Hen' not your usual cucumber and cream cheese sarnies for sure. Attention to detail in presentation continues the 'hen' theme. Enjoyed my experience here.
Very friendly and helpful from the doorman at the entrance. Kudos to the cleaning lady who made sure we were comfortable. And bigger kudos to the hotel manager. She was super helpful with description to the sights to see and went an extra mile to send a greeting card and some sweets to our room. And breakfast was yummy, each day.
Nice hotel in a great location! I had a room with a nice view : Lovely Elena was checking me in and made my stay truly amazing, thank you!!! Btw, the hotel food is delicious!
