Very Happy with the service I received from Evans Halshaw staff member Peter F. From my initial email enquiry at the start of the process and particularly the handover stage. I had a few issues with transferring the funds across from my bank. Peter help me and we kept each other up to date with progress and himself and other members of the team, stayed late so it got sorted and I eventually got to drive away with my NEW van. Very happy with the level of service I received and will be recommending them to friends, colleges & family members looking for a new commercial vehicle
I had a great time with my representative Jack Nadin, from the second I rung up regarding an enquiry he was straight onto for what I asked for in regards to the needs and wants for my van. He was very communicative regarding anything with the van and made it a very fluent transition he went out of his way ensuring the van was ready for myself to collect, he also has gone above and beyond for my wife looking at a new car and has sorted out a new puma very quickly and went out his way to collect and look online etc for her. There’s not much I would give recognition for but Jack has gone above and beyond in every way for myself so I feel he deserves some recognition.

From start to finish absolute dream. Nick was great to deal with,really nice guy, always answered any questions I had in fast fashion and the hand over was very smooth. I will deffinatly be back when it's time to swap.
Really great service from Josh and Steve at Evans Halshaw when I ordered the new van, I was kept in the loop the whole way through and the whole process was made really simple and quick. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Ben & his sales Team treated my perfectly from the start with our latest Ford Transit custom, the vehicle developed an issue with its sat nav and they gave me a like for like same day cannot fault them thanks again David.
Had vehicle booked in for service and oil life 0% . Booked day off work and call us day beforecto cancel due to pathetic excuse that someone is off work. So no services take place tomorrow then?? Highly doubt that. Cant book tim off till January and high priority as use van daily and cover lots of mileage. Been booked in for over a month . Answer to it from adviser was to look for another garage miles away from our location to book it in with surely you work for Ford , you should at very least have duty of care for customer to re organise with another service centre. Now I havecto think of will the warranty on the vehicle be invalid as will run over mileage and also with 0% oil life remaining. Not good.
Buying Experience with Evans Halshaw I have recently purchased a new Ford Ranger from Evans Halshaw, whilst the delivery of the vehicle took longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances this did not detract from the buying experience from Evans Halshaw. My Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive Jack Mason was fantastically helpful, polite and patient with me through the whole purchasing experience and kept me updated with the progress of delivery, even now a month after the sale has been completed, Jack is still as helpful as day 1. Thanks Jack for all your help and support, much appreciated.
