Drove 3 hrs to pick up a car which was described faultless.
On arrival car was dirty. Been used by staff.
Gearbox leaking oil and noisy.
Interior trim missing and screen pixels damaged.
Paint work damage and engine fan constantly on from the moment car was started from cold. Disk brakes wrapped and rear quiet rusty. I Could go on and on.
Did offer me discount and guy who delt with me was nice but being a x5 not worth the risk.
I would recommend to people who buy their cars from eBay to be very careful.
Car looked amazing in pictures but the moment I saw it looked right lemon.
Would not want someone else to waste their time and £££

Me and my partner having been searching high and low for our first family car since having our baby girl.  We found Volvo at Williams Group and dealt with Nick.  The experience we had was the best and Nick was very friendly and understood what we required, we even got a video of our new car before we even left to view it! All these personal touches make buying a car less scary! Also would like to add that my partner is a mechanic and noticed a couple of things needed doing, Nick did not question him and ordered for the work to be down, once again that is brilliant, as there was no issues.  Thank you Nick for our beautiful car, we have called him Buzz :)... Yolanda x

We just purchased a Suzuki from Williams Group and it was effortless. We dealt with Nick who was professional and efficient throughout the whole process. I would recommend Williams Group and Nick to everyone as the car buying experience was quick and easy.

I brought my present car a Range Rover Sport from Williams Group Maidstone in November 2016 the sales person was Frankie a very nice lady that was extremely helpful and gave me a lot of assistance she made the whole experience very easy and no pressure. At the time I pointed out that the rear tyres were getting a bit low so they agreed to put 4 new ones without any question even though the ones on the vehicle were still road worthy. Not what I have come to expect from a second hand car dealer. She suggested but did not push it that I take out Car Warranty Insurances since repairs on a Range Rover can be expensive also the fact that I would have peace of mind for 3 years great thanks Frankie.

However I now come the best bit in January 2018 I had a wheel front bearing collapse so I got hold of the insurance company only to be told that it was invalid due to having a service done a month late. I argued this but to no avail it seemed that I had miss read my service history at the time of buying the car . I rang Williams and luckily it was answered by the Sales Manager Justin Crane I explained the problem and he stated that he would look into it and get back to. True to his word I got a phone call the next day from Justin, he had looked into the case and while it was true that I had over run and was out of time with my servicing he said he could see how the miss understanding had come about and he took it upon himself to make contact with the Insurance group and sort out the problem. I am happy say that they have now agreed to pay for the repair and it is all sorted out. I was very very surprised that I got so much assistance and that a Second Hand car dealer was prepared to see it from a customer’s point of view.

All I can say is thank you Justin I will be back to Williams when I change the car in 18 months, I recommend Williams to all my friends and to any one that takes the trouble to read this. A breath of fresh air and show that you can trust some second hand care dealers

From the minute I arrived Williams Group provided a great service end to end, such an easy decision on a purchase of lovely car. Despite the weather conditions, they pulled out all the stops to have the car ready in just a few days. Well done and thank you team Williams Group.
