It's a nice place, very close to the St. Pancras/King's Cross Stations, staff was helpful, they gave me an early check-in and the my bed in a 6 bed dorm room was good, it was a bit flat but manageable. The ensuite toilet/shower was clean. The only obvious downside being the noise one is subjected to if you open the window. Another thing I'd recommend is curtains for privacy. The reception is open 24x7 and there are lots of cafes around the area so would definitely recommend.
Good location. Staff were friendly and accommodating at all hours. Not a great place for socialization as most kept to themselves and there weren’t any cozy common areas or social events. Facilities were mostly clean and well kept although the shower was 100% clogged. I appreciated the food and drink options being a little more affordable than the surrounding area.
Absolutely loved this hostel. I stayed in a six mixed doorm. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and you can get drinks, pizza, coffee and little treats right at the reception. There is also a water bottle station where you can fill your bottle for free! Rooms: The rooms were clean and well organized. Each bed has a pillow and a blanket, a night lamp and two usb charger. Safety: There is always someone at the reception and you can't go to the lift without a key card. Everyone was very respectful. There are female dorms available. Walkability: The hostel is between St. Pancras and kings cross station. Tube, trains, bus all in a few minutes walking distance. There are also pubs, restaurants, shopping and parks in walking distance. Food & drinks: I had a pizza in the middle of the night which was really good.
When checking in I was very pleased with the service I was provided. They advised me about the area aswell as let me know about any additional details about the hotel that aren’t available in descriptions or reviews. It is a very nice location if you are traveling though St. Pancreas station or visiting central London. It’s about a 10minutes away from everything. I would consider my experience with the hostel safe, I had no issues at all but I was advised to put a lock on my luggage and I noticed that they don’t provide locked storage spacesespecially not large enough for a big back pack or small/medium suitcase. I didn’t have the need to order anything at the hostel cafe/restaurant but I was very surprised they didn’t have a fridge or kitchen available for the guests. Something noteworthy was the cleanliness of the female rooms bathroom. On first glance it looked fine but the floors were not very clean and left marks on my feet and socks.
**Google Review** **Rating: 2 Stars** I had a very disappointing stay at this hostel. They clearly treat their guests differently, and it's especially bad for women /men of color. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude and dismissive towards me and my group, while treating white guests with noticeably more respect. I was rudely awakened by the front desk staff, and the bakery staff acted as if I didn’t have money or was somehow less than them. It was shockingly poor customer service. I also witnessed another group experiencing the same mistreatment. Honestly, I think they pay for their reviews. There’s no way 4-5 people actually like this place. I’d ask for my money back, but it’s obvious this isn’t a place that cares about their guests. I’m writing this to warn others so you can make an informed decision. They even tried to force a beautiful girl into a room with all 40-year-old men after she paid for the all-girls suite. It’s unacceptable. I know people read reviews like this and think, “He must have been angry,” and you’re right—I am. But as you read this, ask yourself: do you really want to risk me being wrong or go to one of the other 70 hostels in the area that are rated over 4.3? Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. You’ll thank me later.
I stayed at this hostel a few months ago. I met some really cool people. The room was priced very reasonable. Not too far of a walk to the main attractions if you are in reasonable health. The staff are really friendly. Rooms: Lockers are provided in the room. You need to bring your own lock not sure if they have locks you can use. I shared a room with three other guys. House keeping cleans the room and bathroom everyday. Nearby activities: Big Ben and Tower Bridge is within walking distance. Safety: I felt totally safe in the area. Walkability: Can walk to many attractions nearby if you are in reasonable health. This hotel is located near a train station too.
The best located hostel I have ever been to. They match online prices, so if you go to the desk without booking in advance, you can show them an online price from whichever website and they will match the price. Overall an excellent experience Rooms: Each room has a padlock secured cage to store your luggage under the bed. Nearby activities: St Pancras, Kings Cross and Euston stations are only a 5 minute walk away. Safety: The rooms can only be accessed with a key card. Super safe. Food & drinks: They have a coffee shop and they also bake pizzas. I did not try, can't say how good they are.
Reasonable price, tidy and clean environment, friendly staff - definitely recommend if you’re only staying for a night, cater for all basic needs - haven’t tried long stay so could not comment on that. But in general better than expected. Nearly forgot the 101 marks bonus - perfect locationRooms: 5/5
Shower is clogged. I don't think they planned to fix, instead they hold on the wall next to the shower a squeegee after shower, water will be on the whole floor bathroom the water flood makes it impossible for people to have a nice shower standing on the water flood, disgusting! No social activities at all. Workers are attentive. Bed is confy for couple nights but room is warm even with 2 fans. So suggest to don't get a mixed room, you won't cover with a sheet for the heat during the night. No kitchen, refrigerator, microwave. Only it has a great location, public transportation a short walk.
Close to King’s Cross station. Has locker to store luggages £2-3/luggage based on size. Has tables with sockets and toilet at ground floor. Check-in from 14:00. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Has lifts to the rooms. Happy hour bar from 17:00-20:00
