It's ok, cardio focused. Weight machines work but sometimes broken for long times. Free weights are good but hard to use equipment when it gets busy.

Good for starting out but there are better gyms

Amazing gym with good facilities, And a comfortable atmosphere to work out in. They also run various FREE fitness classes for members such as Zumba, Body Pump etc and many more. They have a ladies only section upstairs which is a bonus. Good customer service always dealt with a professional manner.

Fantastic value for money gym. The place is huge with most equipment to meet most training requirements. Good facilities and good quality equipment. The only downside is the members who can be untidy and inconsiderate with equipment- this is something that could and should be better policed by the staff

Good place train here all time but are a little lax on equipment maintenance and really could do with some more workout related music not chillout classics lol. Also the results are down to the person training putting the effort in and not how good the gym is

The gym is fantastic the environment is very good .i feel very comfortable there .everything is available there .but the disadvantage is that the staff is not really good they are rude.
