Another marvellous gym by JDs near enough by Dudley town centre, this gym is in an ideal location with plenty of parking space available! With gym equipment varying from gym to gym I have to say this is by far the best JDs gym equipment on offer at the West Midlands branches of JDs Gyms. I had my first interactions with a PT called Sam, he was a top guy and judging from my chat with him I think these PTs are well on a level! The cleanliness of the gym and the equipment was top notch, however the men’s changing rooms were a bit wet and dirty past midday  the sauna was one of the best saunas in the JD gym branches be it a little smaller than the Birmingham branch. The vending machines were fully stocked and your able to pay via Apple pay or Debit card  24 hour gym but I think the changing rooms are only open till a certain time. My experience of this branch of JD gym was impeccable and some of the other branches namely Birmingham Central can learn a lot from the management and set up here!! Good job JDs and keep it going, top ranking for PWD users!!

You said you were working on the air conditioning….nnYou’re clearly not and are still choosing to turn it off after 11pm.nnCan you stop switching them off after 11pm?nThe gym is unbearable.nnYou are making people suffer.

I’ve been attending the JD gym oldbury for over 2 years, the staff work hard, especially Adam has always been helpful supportive. He has always gone above and beyond. Making sure he keeps the gym to high standard as it’s quite challenging taking gum off, repairing and wiping down and cleaning etc. Like to say thank you for all the hard work.

Joined this gym in January as a 47 year old non gym bloke. Was made to feel so welcome as soon as walked in by staff and other people in gym. Soon got shown what to do and got hang of my workouts. Staff gave me ideas for workouts to do for each body part. Very clean and tydy in gym changing rooms and showers. Special mention for fantastic manager that always says hello and friendly.

I’m absolutely appalled to discover that the URINAL/TOILET area has been leaking down to the benches below. This isn’t just an inconvenience – it’s a slip hazard and reeks of neglect, both in terms of safety and hygiene.nnWhat’s even more outrageous is the fact that this roof has been leaking since SUMMER 2024! How is this still an issue? It's completely unacceptable for a facility to let something this basic go unresolved for this long. Get it together.
