I have been a One Card member for the past 3yrs.
I've always found the majority of the staff very friendly.
All of the instructors make you feel very welcome and are very good at understanding your needs.
I would recommend anyone who asks to join this fitness centre.

Come along and become a part of the gym family.

Great gym have showers and disabled showers and  changing room clean and quiet a few there so won't have to worry for the wait changing room is massive great place not eaten there but herd great feed back from the cafeteria area.

Decent leisure centre. Only has a small hydrotherapy pool.

Recent new build so everything is in good order and clean.  Lots of different facilities, great G4 astroturf full size football pitch.  Could be bigger pool, not much in the way of refreshments (shop recently shut)

Seems like a good sports centre but they  should have the entrance at the back where the car park is as I'm sure most people arrive by car.
