Was closed for refurbishment on 19 March 2018 but members not informed. No emails received and no visible notices displayed in the gym. I along with a number of others went to the gym only to find the doors closed with no signs up explaining the closure.  Not acceptable for a "24 hour gym". Only found out it was closed after asking a friend who had heard from a PT at the gym. No notification of adding additional day of membership for the inconvenience. Poor standard of cleanliness - matting areas always covered in dirt. Equipment often dirty too. Since changing from Lifestyle Fitness to the Gym have removed a lot of facilities and not added anything - removed paper towels, hand sanitizers, sauna, steam room, a number of matting areas, TV etc etc. Paying more money for membership with a lot less to offer. Very basic gym. Only positive is the size of the gym and the range of classes. Car park still poor - half hearted and cheal effort to improve it!

Great facilities. The biggest gym in Quinton open 24hrs. Coaches are very friendly and helpful. As an overall it's a great place , 3 floors ,right by an ASDA, STARBUCKS and a SUBWAY. Free parking, also have a CINEMA right by and a church .

For the money it really is a great gym. Alot of equipment which you do not see in other gyms like the "face down reverse leg curl" ive been a member at Nuffield Puregym and Virgin so this gym puts some of the big boy gyms to shame. But dont go by what i say go and have a look yourself :) By the way "Rachel" is a fantastic host, it was her patience and no hard sell personalty that within minutes made me feel this is the gym for me, she really is the best, at a time when i felt at my lowest she really was kind and understanding and really did make me feel super even when my card declined ha ha ! Thankyou so much hun you're the best !!!!

I like the gym, lots of equipment but can become very overcrowded during peak times with limited mat space to work out. Also, Parking is terrible! On the plus side there is a good choice  of PTs, which is the main reason i joined.
