Excellent gym.Comprehensive range of machines and free weights for each bodypart.Friendly Place.Ample parking.

Went on spec as my Son's usual gym was closed for two days. Wow!!! What a superbly equipped gym, the two guys behind the "counter" were very friendly and helpful and even asked what we were training and pointed us towards all the relevant machines etc. Really friendly atmosphere and if I didn't live 10 miles away I would definitely join !!!! A gem of a proper free weights and machines body builders gym. Only downside is the dumbbells need a bit of mathematical sort out!!!! That aside, and let's be honest, that's small beans really, it's a fantastic gym and highly highly recommended!!

One of the best gyms around with a family like atmosphere. Guys are always there to help and advice good gym for newbies or veterans.
