Lovely staff, excellent range of classes and class times, very clean gym with a fantastic range of equipment… made to feel welcome and supported.. always someone to ask for help when needed, feels like a family.. never felt so welcome in any gym I’ve attended before

2nd time going to the gym, been nervous to go but a PT there made me feel comfortable and showed me different equipment and how to use them, we took it at my pace and I didn't feel under pressure and my nerves where put at ease. I would highly recommend Tommy very knowledgeable and friendly PT.

Great gym, love the atmosphere. Rooms available to complete private workouts. Unfortunately there are no 'women only' classes available. Other than that, it is a great gym.

I like pure gym I go to West Brom and Tipton, I recently went to Tipton and I’ve noticed compared to the West Bromwich gym it has less equipment and the certain things I want to go on there only seems to be one. One leg press one hip abduction and so on…

This gym is large and has all the essentials - weights room, cardio area, circuit training section, etc - and is good value, but is poorly maintained, with crumbling toilets and entrance vestibules that sometimes break down.  The weights area is a little small for the number of gymmers, and, at peak times, is sometimes crowded to the point that it feels a little dangerous.

Great gym, great classes with even better instructors. Only slight Criticism I have is the lockers in the changing rooms badly need replacing.

The usual type of gym classes offered personal trainers available car park a bit on the small size but still good quite during the day evenings are busy

Great place to work out.  Free parking on site. Has everything i need. Place is fairly upto date.

This pure gym is ok, not enough machines for leg weights, when it busy you can be waiting, from last time I remember they used to have 2 sets of each popular machine. Also this maybe other pure gym as well, there is people using fire exits to let there friends in and 2/3 jumping in the cylinder entrance, these look like young kids, not manned and the gym is crowded by people with no membership.

The gym is big with lots and lots of variety which is excellent. Even during busy times, for the most part, there'll be a free machine to use. There's always an issue though with the free wieghts area and how rowdy and messy it can get with different weights everywhere.  Edit: there's been a huge improvement with the free weights area. The staff have been encouraging people to tidy up after themselves more and it's starting to show. The yanga machine seems to have issues for some reason though
