One of the best gyms around, great atmosphere!! Very friendly staff and amazing owner!! Everyone in this gym is friendly and has a great vibe, good choice of music, all different characters but welcoming to all new members!

Just needed a month membership while I train for a job next door. Discount for ladies which is great, membership sign up straightforward ane the staff are really friendly. There wasnt any other women in at that time, but its not a moody gym everyone seems friendly. Lots of equipment and cardio, no womens changing or lockers but I take my bag round with me anyway. Overall I like it and will use again in the future

Classic gym with a modern twist, been coming here for years. The best and most helpful staff giving it a nice family feel to the place. Not too busy at most times never have to wait around for equipment. Always clean and rarely broken down machines plus excellent value for money. Whether you want a friendly chat or to just keep your headphones on and crack on this place is perfect for you.

This gym is one of the best gym I've been too staff are friendly and helpful equipment is very useful music is good supplements are very nice and cheap  this gym is part of my family now big up Dean nuff respect definitely would recommend all day deans techno gym

Only just started training here because of my old gym closing down, you never know what to expect when going to a new gym and can be a bit worrying for some. Dean the owner is very welcoming on arrival and is always available for a chat, it's a very friendly atmosphere and has all the equipment needed for a great workout.  Would recommend to anybody to pop down and give it a try you won't regret it.

One of the best hardcore gyms around! Atmosphere is amazing and Dean is super friendly and very knowledge able. Great old school equipment and superb music will guarantee perfect workout! Love this place!
