       A really really friendly gym with great helpful staff always willing to give advice and support.The gym caters for all abilities and needs, its also a place where young and old train and mix well together.
     
      The facilities are clean and tidy at all times, and fitness equipment is in good working order. Also the members who attend are friendly and willing to give each other a hand if required.
      
     The membership/fee's are very competitive in this time of low paying fee's for gym's popping up all around and should you pay upfront for the year it works out to be real value for money
     
     The gym also has a Sauna & Steam-room, which is used on alternate days by males and females. Its the kind of place you'd recommend your siblings to go to in-order to improve their health and well-being.   Garfield..
