It's cheaper than other gyms and has what you need!
A nice, small gym with all equipment there needed for whatever your goal is. The staff are friendly. Kieren is very welcoming and is happy to help with whatever you need or just to have a chat/laugh with. Would highly recommend joining. Never have to wait for machines to be free, enough space to ensure social distancing measures are taking place, pleasant and happy atmosphere. I love it here and is located perfect for me to get to.
I love using this gym as the equipment is very easy to use with instructions on the machines. Always members of staff to help you, all very friendly and always walking round to see if you need help especially Connor. A lot of machines and equipment to use for all my workouts! I think it’s a great gym would 100% recommend
I arranged to meet an instructor to show me the gym, as a potential new customer with an adult family, all looking to relocate from another gym. I waited, contacted reception, waited again, tried phoning, several times, asked customers already in the gym who were quite happy to let me in with no pass. no one turned up. I would be concerned in a gym with no supervision at all, so I will not be joining.
Really good staff and some knew machines in car park busy late on then it is an hotel
Brilliant little gym , perfect for what I need at the moment all the lads there are awesome , Alex knows his stuff and is brilliant at what he does, and will point you in the right direction. Would love to see a leg press machine and a lat raise machine
Gym is clean friendly staff and a decent range of equipment Alex has been particularly helpful as he wrote me a workout plan and always happy to answer any questions i have would reccomend the gym to all friends and family
