Got the paint rollers I needed. 5 stars is for the products. Service could have been a lot quicker if a staff member hadn't fast tracked a random man she was chatting up to the front of the queue, but who am I to stand I the way of love
Went in the buy 3 trellis panels as it was advertised they had 12 in stocks. Went to garden area no trellis. Had to queue at til and ask man on till to get some for us. He finally found someone and you'd us it would be 15 minutes!! 40 minutes later a lad turned up with 3 damaged wet panels!!!!! Well worth the wait don't you think
The staff that I asked for advice were more than helpful. So good to know that some staff still take pride in their work and are happy to help customers.nThe flooring we bought was great too.
Not a big spender today, just wanted some wood or similar for shelving. To my dismay, walking along the SHELVING aisle, I saw that the stuff I needed was in 2.4 m lengths. No way would that fit in my small car. No cutting service now so about to give up. SUPER SUE came to my rescue, taking me to a different part of the store where there were some shorter pieces that would work for my ideas. She helped me to make a decision, carried the 3 shelves to the check out, and then to my car. Super impressed by such 5 star service from Wickes and Super Star Sue.
Went to Wickes today 24th September,I had to return some unused items, didn't have my receipt,but the deputy manager, found my payment and I was able to exchange the items ,nCan I thank him and Jackie on the tills for there help andnGreat service,used Wickes for years always great staff and service
