Just popped in to the store to enquire about a additional kitchen cupboard. Waited for one of the kitchen salesman to finish his conversation with one of the members of staff not a problem. But after that it seemed to be a major inconvenience and like he was putting himself out. Couldn't be bothered to get out of his chair to look at the cupboard I was showing him. Also asked him for the 2 different dimensions of 2 different cupboards but just told the price. Felt like I was being spoken to like I was beneath him. Ive spent thousands with the company for my kitchen. I'd rather go without the extra cupboard. Won't be returning. Never been made to feel like what im asking for is out of my league. Dont judge a book by its cover.
Thank you so much for your help with the farm manure. I really appreciate your help. Great value offer on too. Staff here are always really friendly and helpful and a great range of quality products stocked too.
Great fun ordering a patio sweeper from here.. the staff had never heard of it, but we did find it on the website.. eventually.nnThe first issue when it was delivered 2 days late was it was not in a new sealed box and had been roughly chucked back in in no particular order.nnThe manufacturers state that it comes with a 30cm mains lead & Wickes on their website says 3 metres.. it is not.nnThe brush itself is designed for astra turf and patio slabs.. though the heavyweight brush would be a better option another £70 ish. It clears the moss well but with not do the weeds sort of de-heading them. But quicker than the wire handled affair at a price and it is not light but simple to use.nnWhy the one star. Well paying the full price for a returned product.
I had the pleasure of visiting the Westwood branch unable to find the part I required spoke with one of the staff by the name of John what a great bloke to deal with smile on his face could find the part thanked John walk out the shop next minute John came running down the road with the part when't back and paid John they broke the mould when they made you well done mate
Not sure if its customer service or the store or both but ive had so many failed deliveries, returns and refunds. Still not fully refunded and customer service is the worst ive ever dealt with. Worst company!
