Great fun ordering a patio sweeper from here.. the staff had never heard of it, but we did find it on the website.. eventually.nnThe first issue when it was delivered 2 days late was it was not in a new sealed box and had been roughly chucked back in in no particular order.nnThe manufacturers state that it comes with a 30cm mains lead & Wickes on their website says 3 metres.. it is not.nnThe brush itself is designed for astra turf and patio slabs.. though the heavyweight brush would be a better option another £70 ish. It clears the moss well but with not do the weeds sort of de-heading them. But quicker than the wire handled affair at a price and it is not light but simple to use.nnWhy the one star. Well paying the full price for a returned product.
Always a great service with friendly and helpful staff. Big shoutout to Jason and Becky who went above and beyond for us. Very grateful to have people like this around and Wickes is now our go to for anything DIY.

I recently visited Wickes in Broadstairs, and Dylan was incredibly helpful! Nothing was too much trouble for him; he patiently compared products and offered attentive service that made all the difference. He expertly guided me in choosing the perfect colour and type of paint for my bathroom, and also helped me select the right screws for my wood project. His product knowledge and willingness to assist are exceptional and were truly appreciated. The customer service was outstanding, and I'll definitely be recommending this store to others.
