Had a great experience at the Broadstairs Dreams store with Georgia. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, offered a drink and used the sleep match bed to work out what type of bed I needed. She was very knowledgeable and tried out different beds and she wasn't pushy at all. We were very pleased with our final purchase, price and service and look forward to using our new mattress and pillows, many thanks Georgia
A very pleasant experience. We were just browsing for Ottoman Single Beds. We were greeted by an extremely pleasant young man who was not at all pushy and gave us lots of very useful information. On the basis of that visit, we did buy a bed from Dreams online.
Very pleasant girl helped me, explained all the different mattresses to me, her name was Nancy, also offered tea or coffee. Was in shop for a good hour.
Excellent experience today at Dreams Westwood Cross, our Sales Assistant - Michelle, was friendly, knew her stuff and guided us to find our dream bed without pressure, worth her weight in gold to this business, coffee wasn't bad either! Thank you Michelle for your patience, can't wait to get our new bed now!

Michelle helped us find our bed and she was knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. Very friendly. Plenty of time given to make an important decision. There’s a nice atmosphere in the store, the manager was excellent, too. Seems like you have a happy team there.
