The last few visits I've had have been amazing. Bloods. Imaging. Two different consultants. The check in is straight forward. The wait has been very reasonable and the support from reception and admissions had been prompt and helpful. The consultants have been clear and helpful.  Also the food court is clean and has a great range of choices. So many people put this hospital down. With years of underfunding and pressures on the service I think The Whittington is doing an amazing job.

My auntie died recently from cancer and the nurses and doctors were very kind to her and looked after her for three weeks till her last second. it’s been tough recently for me and my family. Thank you for everything team of Nightingale Ward, your support was priceless

Overall experience with doctors wasn’t great but the nurse who was dealing with me was so incredibly rude. She had accused me of screaming in her face when I was crying to her in pain because I was told after five hours of waiting in A&E by the doctors that they couldn’t perform a scan/ultrasound. The other nurses that came after were so lovely and explained to me what I need to do next, but as for the first, I’ve never been treated so poorly in a hospital until last night

I love the NHS and all the staff who saw me were amazing, however they really really need to sort out communication. I came into A&E at 10am and waited for 5 hours before being told they had sent me to the wrong place. I got my diagnosis at 6pm.  I then had to come for an operation the next day and was told to get there for 8am. I didn't get called for the op until 6pm.  I'm currently lying in a ward recovering they haven't told me which one or how long in going to be here with the dreaded feeling that I'm not going to find anything out until late evening again. I've been awake since 7am.

The worst experience ever ! My husband and I waited for over 12 Hours ! And we still didn’t get seen. I will not recommend. If you care about your health and wellbeing don’t go to this hospital. Only good side is the location but the hospital is awful.

Came for a blood test early, was told that they might see me early if free, otherwise I wouldn't join the waiting area, but I waited for nothing. Which is cool, they will see me at my own time.. meanwhile they are so behind they can't take my blood even on time. Now I'm sat here for 60min and my name is not showing on the screen yet. Slow, slow, slow. Will never come here again or on time. The nurse takes all appts in at the door and can clearly see how many is already waiting. Why not to inform me.. useless

The lack of care and respect the staff here have for children and parents in unparalleled to anything I have ever experienced!  The inefficiency is gobsmacking, my son waited for over 5 and a half hours for a blood test that I was told he needed by 111 before we arrived. I waited patiently, watching staff drag there heals, unhelpful, rude to parents, eveything could be so easily improved! The management there is clearly HURRENDOUS! It's as if they enjoy watching children wait, parents obviously becoming disorientated, which they then use as an excuse to tell them how busy they are, and they're "sorry for the wait" showing no care or understanding or god forbid any willingness to try and help! The staff clearly dont enjoy working here and they show that with their snail pace, and cant do attitude.  The adults A&E, however is 1000000000 times better! You actually get treated with respect and staff actually seem to want to help!

This is a hospital that treats all kinds of patients within a 6 miles radius. Yet it does not have a patient or visitor car park. To get to this hospital one has to an hour on the public transport or spend £20 on a one way taxi. Why on earth make patients go that far when there are no parking facilities? This NHS hospital should not be treating patients as it is not adequately resourced and equipped.
