A highly regarded institution of education and research. I attended here as part of a Covid research programme. I found the staff friendly and professional, from reception to nurses and doctors. Their work is vital so fully deserves a 5 star rating.
Difficult parking so don't drive, parking location code do not come up whether on the app or the number provided. Hospital won't let all people in due to covid, only one person or relative allowed to visit.
Really cool beds with blue blankets took my blood pressure and she said it was low so I had coffee would have liked a sticker but it's ok was a bit cold
Highly caring staff from the security guard ensuring hand gel and masks are used correctly to senior consultants. So glad I was referred to UCLH.
Went to participate in a COVID vaccine trial - everyone was really nice & friendly and made the whole thing a pleasant experience
All staff very friendly explained what was going to happen during the procedure I was reassured all through the process.
All the staff were very helpful and nice.
