Fantastic Staff and facilities. Have been in for MRI, and Ct guided injection, soon to be surgery. The staff are fantastic, the standards they uphold, cleanliness and communication. Would Highly recommend !
excellent and above my expectation. Very professional and experienced team. Very kind and helpful. the clinic is very clean, room is comfortable and food provided is very good and tasty. Overall, even in the hard time I was living due to my condition, the surgery and the post operation recovery was the best and I could have not ask for more.
I think they must have fake reviews.! If i could give 0 Stars I would. My initial appointment was a consultation. The objective was a spot injection removal and a dry skin solution. After paying for 2 sessions my skin had not changed whatsover and have been using the products for 6 months now. The spot did not change whatsoever! They have used up loads of my time, more importantly loads of money. They kept roping me in to help "Make a change" which was nonsense. I have been trying to contact them for assistance and they say they are fully booked. I was claiming a refund or successful treatment. They continue to ignore me. I am so upset about the "Treatment" and "Customer Service" I have received. I hope as many people possible read this review this comment before choosing any of their products and treatments. I have never left a negative review before but I felt inclined to. You will hear no response from them and god knows how they have a spot on harley street.
My treatment spanning over several months from Diagnostics to surgery to recover has been outstanding. I’m eternally grateful to every member of staff involved in my care.
I had such wonderful care in the Harley Street Clinic Cardiac Unit where I have recently had a cardiac catheter ablation procedure. All aspects of the care are exemplary. The food is outstanding, up to the best restaurant and hotel quality and makes a difference if you are undergoing a medical procedure as it is something to look forward to and enjoy. The medical staff are fantastic and my two main cardiac nurses on the Ward were out of the top drawer Daisy and Alwyn. Special praise to them. Dr Vias Markides is as good it gets too; his caring attitude and ability to communicate is most reassuring and informative. The whole experience, at a stressful time, could not have been handled better. Thankyou HCA.
Exceptional care. Reception, Nurses, Doctors, Consultants all very caring, patient focused and professional. You are greeted with a warm smile. Feel in safe hands with great communication and understanding.
I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Colin Bicknell at HCA. The entire experience has been beyond expectations - kindness, clarity, empathy, humour, intelligence, professionalism, and the highest of quality care has been shown to me. This has been an impressive experience and a very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Huge thanks to Dr Bicknell and his team for flawless care.
Clinic is ok, but customer service is a joke. I've had my CT test few months ago, in total I spent hours talking to the stuff over the phone since then, just to get the images. I lost count how many times I contacted the clinic, spending at least 10 minutes waiting, and describing the issue over and over again and, asking for the results, which I've requested to be sent to me by the email on the day of the test in Feb. Every time I was being told "sorry, we'll send everything over to you", nothing happened after. Then again phone calls providing all the details from my side, describing what I've already described 5 times, they're sorry again, and just nothing afterwards. Eventually got it, but definitely won't be visiting this place again.
I was only a day case, in the hospital for five or six hours, but really apart from a somewhat mediocre lunchtime sandwich I can't fault the care and treatment I received. Even the discharge process - usually the achilles heel of most hospitals - was smooth and simple, and I got out sooner than I expected. No criticisms at all, apart from that sandwich.
