Slow and disorganised. Was told a covid test would be 10 mins and been waiting here for over 2 hours so far......
I think the hospital and all the people who work there was brilliant. They looked after me. And they were very friendly and helpful could not thought any one of them
Absolutely impossible to get anyone from the urology outpatients dept to answer the 'phone so that I can change an appointment. I have literally tried for hours' over days' and no-one picks up. Even their own reception services can't get them to the answer the phone.
