I can’t praise enough the staff at this hospital. It’s my second stay at the Wellington South and I feel so lucky to get treated there. Wonderful staff, I can’t thank them enough for their kindness , attentiveness and their professionalism. I was there last year for double hip replacement and this week for the knee. My room was comfortable and spotless. The food is really good too.
Amazing from start to finish, the best private care I have ever had. All the staff were amazing, so welcoming and friendly. The room was like a hotel and the food like a very good restaurant. So impressed with this place I really was. Prof Schilders is also a genius, thank you all involved.
By far the best hospital I’ve ever been to! The care and expertise of the consultants, doctors and nurses are second to none. They listened to my concerns, assessed my situation and took me in immediately. Everyone there is very calm, kind, and super helpful if you need anything. The food is also delicious. I will definitely recommend this hospital to anyone seeking treatment.
The Wellington hospital is a truly fantastic hospital. It is by far, the best hospital that I have been to. The care that I have received and continue to receive as an outpatient/inpatient has been truly amazing. The staff are all so friendly, they are easy to talk to, they really understand what patients are going through. During each of my outpatient appts and inpatient stays, the staff, from the reception teams, the accounts teams, the nurses, the radiologists, my consultants etc have been really attentive, approachable, caring , yet always professional.The staff have always been very reassuring and always manage to help keep me calm before and during my outpatient appts and inpatient stays. The food that I ate during my last inpatient stay a few years ago was really delicious. The chefs really went out of their way to ensure that I received the best and freshest food that was appropriate for me and would help aid in my recovery. The Wellington hospital has really improved the quality of my life. A big thank you to the amazing spinal surgeon and his brilliant team, also a big thank you to the fab nurses, doctors, therapists and specialists from the 1st floor orthopaedic ward, who have all helped me to walk again, I am truly very thankful for the outstanding care that I received. I also want to say a big thank you to Mr Stewart tucker for all his help, advice, guidance and support. I am truly appreciative for all your help, more than you could know. I also want to say a big thank you to Mr Giles Stafford for his ongoing support, advice, help and guidance.Your help is truly appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all my consultants for helping me to get back on my feet and for providing me with an improved quality of life. This hospital and the staff who work in the hospital go out of their way to provide the best care possible to all their patients.Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking specialist care.
Absolutely brilliant service. I would absolutely recommend for peace of mind. Mr Casey was very thorough, and more importantly, he listened and explained everything in detail and what the next steps should be.
I visited the endoscopy centre at the Wellington today and it was above my expectations. Warm and welcoming staff, who took great care of me while keeping me informed at all times. They helped me feel a lot more relaxed about the procedure.
£250 for a short 15 minute consultation where I was misdiagnosed as having no infection in an open wound, to have the NHS telling me that swabs came back as pseudomonas positive the very next day. Not happy.
The hospital was clean and staff welcoming. The neurosurgeon I had my consultation with - Mr Mansoor Foroughi was excellent. A very kind & caring man. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. Would highly recommend him.
Excellent hospital and staff I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. From the most senior of doctors and consultants down to the porters and catering staff everyone is so kind and nothing is too much trouble. The hospital is spotless and the treatment I received was excellent beyond anything I imagined it to be. And this is from someone who has a phobia of needles and hospitals. Without doubt the Wellington is the best hospital I've been to.
Upon entering the establishment, it was immediately apparent that every effort had been made to create a first-rate environment, supported by highly qualified personnel. The sole objective was to establish an optimal atmosphere for those seeking their services.
